I purchased two sets of Broadway musical tickets through ticket sales.com.

I was told I would have my mobile tickets emailed prior to the show. I never

received any email. I called ticketsales.com numerous amounts of times. They

told me they would get in touch with the ticket seller and have him email me the

mobile tickets. After three days on the phone I never received any email. I told the

ticket agency I would have to call my credit card company and report this as a fraud.

They seemed to agree with me, as to say I would never receive my tickets. I really

feel like I was scammed! I will NEVER order tickets from this website again! This was a total purchase that was over $400. Just terrible!

I went on ticketsales.com to get a ticket for a concert on February 15, 2021 and instead I received the receipt for January 13,2021 for a different entertainer. These tickets were over $800 with a $50 insurance fee. Called right away to get the date changed and was told they could not change the date that I was stuck with the wrong entertainer. Wow, terrible service and now seems like I have been forced to see a concert I don't want. This is outright fraud and wrong. I didn't even request a refund just a date change using the insurance I was automatically charged. This company is a scam!

Tickets were purchased by my son without my consent. I contacted the company just a few hours after my son completed the purchase while the charge was still pending on my credit card. I request the order to be cancelled as the purchase was made without my authorization their answer was generic, just copying and pasting their cancellation policy.

After reviewing their lack of empathy towards what happened I googled the company and then I realized the big mistake my son did.

This company has multiple reviews indicating this company is a fraud and thefts, as a lot of their customer never receive their tickets.

So they end up with no money and no tickets.

Also, is really strange to me that the company claim to provide the tickets just the day before the event, that right there is a big red flag as well.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i purchased 2 tickets for concert event i did not get an comfirmation i called and put in a endless circle.

TicketSales.com pays to be the top spot when you look for concert and event tickets on google. It puts a message that says "almost sold out" when that is not in fact true. They add around 30% to tickets that are still for sale and easily attainable on other websites. They have an F rating on ScamPulse.com and have many complaints like mine, they have duped way too many people and need to be shut down! I called to get a refund and there is no answer on the phones. I did a message chat thing with them and they told me no on a refund and were not willing to do anything to resolve the matter. Total scammers and they know it.

This company sells tickets they do not have yet. They over charge. They are unable to give a specific seat number because they do not have the tickets when they sell them to you. They are not a Better Business Bureau approved company. They have multiple complaints on the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If you are in a hurry to buy your concert tickets this website may show up on your first hasty search at top of page. They are a reseller of tickets who will charge four to five times the face amount of tickets plus very large servcie fee, that are readily available direct through venue. Appear to solicit immediate positive feeback so as to legitimize sale if challenged. You will probably realize that you have been scammed as soon as you receive invoice. Impossible to cancel or refund order. Lesson learned. They operate billing though Deleware.

My friend went online to buy tickets to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. She clicked on the tab that said "Ticket Sales" she purchased what she thought was tickets from the Fox Theatre. When we called to make a change the tickets we found put that was not the case at all. We were told a company uses this technique to fool people into thinking they are buying from the Fox when in fact they are not.

Further more when she got the tickets via email the face price on the tickets was $96 and they charged her $458.45 for two tickets, outrageous! How people can do that is awful. We just wanted to say that when we called them they were very arrogant, and the woman we spoke to "Kayla" informed us that she was in charge, that there was no one over her, and she had the final say. So a word to the wiser than us - DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM - ticketsales.com - they are frauds!!! Please pass this on to your friends - companies like this should be put out of business!

I bought tickets for a concert on ticketsales.com, I got a confirmation email saying I paid $117.89 for 2 general admission tickets. The venue hosting the concert later opened sales for tickets for $15/ticket and said that the ones I purchased are fraudulent. I never received the actual tickets via email or post.
