I thought i was calling American Airlines for reimbursement for changed flights. They agreed to reimbursement but ended charging for the flight and i never receive my refund. When i called questioning that i hadnt received the refund the person on the phone said they didnt know the person who helped me and they dont process refunds there. I found out the number I called was for Ticket-Confirmation.com.

I called British Airways to ask about my booking. I was told there was an administrative error in my travel booking and that it would need to be rebooked. I paid for the rebooking via Ticket-Confirmation.com. I was told that it would be refunded in approximately one billing cycle. When I called British Airways and my bank to get an update on the status of the refund, neither had any record of a refund. British Airways did not have record of the rebooking.
