A service called "theyogabliss.com" is making periodic charges in the amount of $9.99 to my daughter's Apple Pay (appears to be twice a month, since February 2026). When you go to the "theyogabliss.com" website, and call the customer service line, the message says that all of the representatives are busy, and then tells you to email the at "[email protected]." I've called Apple Pay support 3 times now, and they connected me to GreenDot bank, which told me they cannot block this vendor but can only deactivate the Apple Pay feature on my daughter's phone. So now my daughter cannot use Apple Pay. If you Google "the yoga bliss.com" you will find other complaints against this company, for doing the same thing (charging $9.99 to people who never subscribed or ordered their service). We noticed this theyogabliss.com charge on my 13 year old daughter’s Apple Cash (by Green Dot Bank). Charged her $29.90 2 months in a row. I attempted to report the charge via Apple Cash/Green Dot Bank and they did nothing and can’t stop it. I’m equally frustrated with Green Dot bank who run Apple Cash.

TheYogabliss.com charged my 13 year old son, Chance Kerwin's bank account on August 10, September 10, October 10 and November 10 @ $29.90 per month - total charges of $119.60. He made a purchase on TikTok on or around July 7th and 8th 2024 using his Debit Card. He did not subscribe to your service nor did he activate the service. A 13-year old does not meet the minimum age requirement per the rules and regulations of United States to purchase or use your product. My husband and I DID NOT give him permission to make this purchase. The Yogabliss is a company in the UK, scamming a 13-year-old and taking advantage of children to subscribe for their services in a popular social media forum such as TikTok.
