I first email the scammer on Craigslist about a Rottweiler and he gave me details about them and sent me pictures. Once I was sure I wanted one I asked when would I be able to pick up and he said today. I then asked him how he would like to meet and he said he lived in canton Tx but before I could buy a puppy he wanted me to fill out a "ownership form" sign it with my full name, full address and phone number, also an upfront $150 he said to PayPal, zelle, cash app, Venmo and Bitcoin. When I told him if I could just give him all money in person he said no that I had to give the $150 upfront then $360 in person, he then said that he had a website to show he was not a scammer. On website there is no name of the owners nor it lets you give reviews. I called the number on the website no one answered then he texted me from his 903 number and said to text him at that number that he received his call from the website. Also once I mentioned that I found bbb post about him saying he’s scammed before he took down his Craigslist post. Please be careful with these type of scammers.
