I watched a YouTube video about the hot box sauna, researched customer comments online, and Reddit user comments, and was confident the company was legit. I paid for my sauna and signed up for email updates.

Eight weeks later, crickets. I've been sending emails and phoning the company for the last two weeks. No answers. To anyone looking for a sauna, look elsewhere; you have been warned.
