I placed an order for hair from this business, TheCurlySource.com, and was told that my order had already been shipped. However, after checking the tracking information, it became clear that the package was never actually sent. When I contacted the seller at [email protected] about this issue, they continued to give misleading information and later stated that I would be receiving a refund for the $573.24 I paid.

Despite this promise, I have not received any refund, and there has been no proof that a refund is being processed. Communication has been inconsistent, and the seller has failed to resolve the issue in a timely or honest manner.

This situation appears to involve deceptive business practices, including falsely claiming that an item was shipped and failing to follow through on a promised refund. I am seeking assistance in obtaining my refund and in holding this business accountable so that others do not experience the same issue.
