I purchased face cream from The Paradigm Store on December 7th 2020. I saw it advertised on social media. (I have since searched for it and it appears to still be on Instagram.) I received a confirmation e-mail that day saying another e-mail would follow when it shipped. I never received that additional e-mail. I contacted them on December 15th to ask what the status of the order was and could I please have tracking information. The wrote back to say they were sorry for the delay due to custom check and that it should arrive by January 29th. No tracking information was provided. I wrote them again on February 9th to say i still haven't received anything and to please cancel my order. No response. Meanwhile my credit card was charged the amount of the face cream on December 7th from a company noted as JRPetshop in California through Paypal. I have called my credit card company and they are refunding the charge based on fraud. It's not really about the money, I just don't want anyone else to fall for this. Thank you,..
