Saw an ad on Facebook about custom biorhythm reports. I checked it out, seemed legit so I decided to purchase the lifetime access report for $295 plus the .99 3 day trial with compatibility add on. On the checkout page it specifically states there is a 365 day money back guarantee. So I make the purchase and receive my report, and everything seemed really awesome, so I told my aunt and mom to get one. They do. Upon comparing our 3 reports, they were THE EXACT SAME. These reports are supposedly based on your birthdate. Were obviously different ages, with very different birthdates (I'm 36 born in Jan., mom is 63 born in april, and aunt is 84 born in june) yet the reports were 100% identical. So I click on the contact us button and select live chat and it takes me to clickbank.com customer support. (Which I found to be odd). I inform them I would like a refund per the 365 day money back guarantee and was informed the item was non refundable. They said they would create a tech support ticket and that the vendor should contact me in 4 or 5 business days and IF they approve the refund, then they can go ahead and begin a weeklong processing of the refund that would take 5-10 business days to be added back to my card once complete. So I go back to thebiorhythm page and noticed that refunds can be requested by emailing [email protected]. I had already received an email from this address when I first made the purchase and the email contained my login to access my report. So i click reply to request the refund, stating again why I was requesting it and hit send. Immediately it gets bounced back saying the email address was not found.
