Tartaria is a total scam! It will take your money, but never ship anything.

I've got scammed the same way as folks above. I paid for cookware set, but never received anything. They even lied to my credit card company by making up a shipping and delivery history with USPS, which is unbelievable. First they'd give you a shipping label, originated from China, but then it will show it goes to some other address in a different state. When you ask them, they'd then keep telling you that the package is being shipped internationally and therefore they can't tell you where the package is. These cons apparently have a way to hack into shipping companies' system to generate totally fake shipping labels and history. They kept stringing me along that "tracking # NOT AVAILABLE, BE PATIENT" eventually provided a tracking that the Le Creuset set for $45.99 was indeed delivered. That i should check with my neighbors, or even the PO. Their tracking they provided me definitely said that it was delivered somewhere in the UK, but not to where i live. It's been 2 months and I want my money back because I still emailing them and they keep saying it's been delivered but cannot provide me with any information to where. Definitely a scam.

I ordered a scooter for $49.99. the invoice went through Stripes. I ordered it on May 16th of 2022 order number 5M6YX-D19RTU6. I never received it so I started emailing them about a month later and still nothing they told me to send them the email address and the address was supposed to be sent to and how it was paid for and they would check into it. Well I guess they did check into it and they said it was delivered to San Antonio Texas which was not the address listed for the delivery address. The address listed for delivery was 25 East Vine Street Jackson Ohio 45640. When they told me that they delivered it to San Antonio I told them obviously they were incompetent and that they need to refund my money because that is not what the delivery address was listed on the order. I have not heard anything from them since and I guess I am going to have to get a hold of my bank and make them look into this because this is theft anyway you look at it. Shyster company do not believe anything they say do not order anything from this company.

It's been 2 months and i doubt i can get help from my credit card to make this a disputed charge. It certainly was not purchased in my state, not is it over $50.

Same scam as others

I ordered cookware for $45. It took weeks to receive a tracking number. Then the tracking showed delivered to New Jersey. I live in Texas. I'm now getting the runaround via email. They keep saying it was delivered. I keep telling them that it was delivered almost 1500 miles away, IF that is even my package. Now all I want is my money back.

I also bought the creuset set 2 sets and git a tracking number on a website called 17track. I live in FL and my daughter was supposed to get the 2nd set lives in MA. One order was delivered in PR and the other in CA. I contacted my bank. Let's see if truist is good enough to get my money back

I ordered a stroller for my unborn & it has not gotten here! It was 55 something so I won’t my money back! I need Stuff for my child and she is almost here! They wrong for that! Going through my cash app to get my money back ! It’s a shame you have to scam people like that when they don’t have money like that ! I want my product or it’s gone be problems with this company and I really mean that!

I had the same experience. I ordered this 20 pcs cookware and after emailing them a few times, I got a tracking number but the delivery went to a different location. So this definitely is a scam and I'm out $45 as well.

I ordered a 20 piece cookware set on 5-17-2022 for $43.99. I have yet to receive my purchase. I have received emails stating my package was delivered but noticed the address indicated was not mine and was a totally different state than mine! I have been communicating with the company via email, at least five times, regarding this issue and they continue to tell me my package was delivered.now I just want my money back as I think this is a scam!

Advertised as a seller of the Le Creuset cookware. They were running a special for a set of the cookware which I should have realized it was too great of an offer. Hence the saying "if it's too good to be true, it is". They sent me the tracking number and I followed it from China to the USA only to find it was delivered to Trenton, Michigan. I live in Vero Beach, Florida. After doing more investigative work, I was able to find out that the delivery weighed .47 ounces. Hardly the weight of a set of cookware. So they mail something to create a tracking number to appease you for some time, but they never intend on you receiving anything.

I knew this offer was too good to be true but I ordered anyway. After finally getting a tracking number I found out my "product" was delivered to Albuquerque, NM....I live in FLORIDA. A postal employee helped me and found out it was a letter instead of a 20-piece cookware set.
