Complaint:
I am a paying customer of Sweepsroyal.com. The site advertises instant redemptions. I have a pending redemption of $240 that is not being processed despite being advertised as instant.
When I contacted customer support I was told the compliance team handles redemptions and that I needed to resubmit verification documents I had already submitted during a previous redemption. I should not be required to resubmit documentation that is already on file.
The company is not honoring its advertised terms. Instant means instant. Not delayed. Not pending compliance review. Not subject to reverification that was already completed.
I have already filed an FTC complaint regarding this matter. FTC Complaint Number: *********.
I am requesting the ScamPulse.com contact Sweepsroyal.com and require them to honor their advertised instant redemption terms and process my $240 redemption immediately.
This is deceptive advertising and a failure to honor their stated terms of service.

They are trying to hold my legitimate winnings in limbo under “verification for safety” but they charged my card just fine.
Did not send me any notification that they needed more kyc and did not intend to.
