For 6 months I paid over 100 dollars a month they told me that they would help me with loan forgiveness with my loans. That i would pay 100 dollars a month for 6 months then 44 dollars a month for 2 years and that loan would be forgiven. I paid the 6 months and then a few months of 44.00. At same time im making these payments im getting student loan docs saying all these things like pay your loan etc. I would call in and they would say all is fine but in actuality it wasn't. Checked my credit report & no payments reported!

When they take your from your bank account, where does it go? To their bank account? I have a different issue with them. They are doing RoboCalling and I'm trying to figure out if worth going after them to stop but there is a cost benefit to everything and wondering if I could ever enforce my judgment against them

Students come first withdrew money out of my bank account 4 Separate times. I thought that I was paying off my student loan, but I have been informed by Mohela that this was a scam.

Then, n o staff, but only a cell phone. U leave msgs to get a call back and they maybe call u back one or two days later and its the same guy sayin same thing, and nobody gives u straight answers and its a run around again. I have determined that this is not a legit company at all.

I signed up and paid $239 for 6 months, I was supposed to pay $89 a month after that and then then they stopped when I had done the 6 months. There was a payment for my loan that was posted but it did not affect the balance. I was scammed for $1434.

I got a voicemail about my student loans. I wasnt sure if thus was a scam or not so I answered. the man asked me some of my info , he told me about my loans and that I could get some forgivness on them. after 6 months I received a letter from the department of education with my new loan payments. I did call in multiple times and I felt like they were giving me the run around but told me that everything was ok. I guess covid may have been an issue with their employees? I can say that they have helped me get a lower payment on my loans although I wasnt 100% sure if they were legit

I was left a voice-mail which stated I qualified for a loan forgiveness program.

When I returned the phone call they claimed I qualified for a loan forgiveness program that would pay off 80% of my student debt. The documents I was rushed to sign outlined the cost as service fees to consolidate my student loans.

I am not sure if this is necessarily considered a scam, but what they told me over the phone definitely did not match what the documents outlined.

I was informed by them that I was to pay $149.00 a month for 6 months and as long as I didn't take out any more government loans my $10,000.00 in loans would be forgiven. I paid into it for three months before cancelling because of suspicion of fraud.

They called me saying they could get me student loan forgiveness. They asked for my birthday which I thought okay let’s see where this goes what can they do with that. Next thing I know they sent me a text with a number that I read off to them. I then received another text from FSA or my federal student aid account. That they hacked and logged into. They changed my password to fsa account is what the text said. He then was able to see all my information including load details and Social security number. He proceeded to tell me he could get me into income driven repayment plans to qualify for loan forgiveness for a high premium. The government offers this program for free and a few others this is a complete scam and needs to be stopped. I finished my call changed all my passwords called fsa and they advised me this was indeed a scam and I needed to proceed and freeze my credit and change all passwords and security questions. Please shut them down before they lure any more people into falling for their bull[censored] scam. Please!!!!

I received a call about loan forgiveness. He said he could relieve some of my student debt, and that I would only have to pay a fraction of what I owe. We set up monthly payments to begin in February and last until June in the amount of $200. He did not take out any money out of my account. I caught on to the scam just in time.
