Purchased a puppy from a fake breeder and received a phone call from “Static Shipping” from a male with a heavy African accent requesting $950 to ship my puppy from Texas to California. He was requesting the money to cover NATIONAL HEALTH LICENSE, USDA PAPER, INSURANCE which was 90% refundable once the puppy arrived. He broke down the feed as follows...
Insurance fee $(350) 90% refundable)
National Health License $(300)100% refundable) USDA Paper $(300) 100% refundable) Total of $950 which the insurance department will refund you $900 upon the arrival of your puppies today, the percentage which is $50 is for insurance cover.
Once the payment is received ($950), all documents will be obtained and activated and we shall proceed with transportation. Long story short... I contacted the breeder through only texts and she became and hostile. I requested my $ back from the breeder and after 10 minutes of waiting for a reply through text I decided to call and the number was no longer in service.

said puppy would be here in one day but every time fo flight some thing would come up first the puppy need travleling paper a fee of

850.00 out of that 800.00 would be refund then te 10 weeks old puppy bit someone a fee of 650.00 was need and 600.00 would be refund

then next the puppy would not stop barking need a fee of 350.00 but 300.00 would be refund . all fee will be refund after pick up of puppy at airport. a total of 2200.00 dollars.

Supposed to ship my puppy from Brownsville TX to Huntsville AL for $150 dollars. every time for flight a new excuse came up for more money. The first time, needed traveling documents for $950 dollars. The next time, the puppy bit somebody, then a fee of $850 dollars plus new ticket price of $180 dollars. The third time, the puppy couldn't stop barking then he asked for a fee of $600 dollars plus new ticket price again to return price to the seller. all the fees were payed by zelle.

Seen this sight online to purchase havanese puppy. Contacted seller then an 800.00 payment with a charge card that was attached to PayPal. Payment was sent to Andrea Segura on 01/09/20. On 01/14/20 was contacted by seller that puppy was checked into airport and info would follow. Was then contacted by static shipping approx. 3 hours before flight requesting 850.00 of which 800.00 would be refunded upon arrival of puppy or puppy would not be shipped. Money was for national health license, USDA paper and insurance. 850.00 was to be paid per western union or zellepay. I wired via western union to Jenra McCann in Houston Texas 77479, (email [email protected]). I RECIEVED FLIGHT UPDATE. Approx. 3 hours late was emailed that puppy required electronic crate for temperature control. Was informed needed to send 950.00 of which 900.00 would be returned upon receiving puppy. Money to be sent by zellepay or money gram to Jenra McCann Houston, Texas 77082 (email [email protected]). Money sent per money gram. I was told puppy was in the air and sent info on that. Several hours later received call that puppy needed special permits or would no get on connecting flight to Twin falls, Idaho. They requested additional 895.00. I did not send this, puppy was not in flight. I contacted them and was told I needed to send the 895.00 or 150.00 to send puppy back or I would be charged 75.00 a day for each day it was in Caluforn iij a. They refused to give any info about what air port puppy was at or send updated pictures of puppy. All transactions after initial 800.00 was done through static shipping.
