I thought I was applying for a rental house from Form.jotform.com, I paid the $100.00 application fee and then they wanted the deposit before I saw the house which I thought was weird.

I received a text from someone named Eric T***** who stated they were the special payroll specialist for Keller Williams Real Estate and wanted to offer me the position of personal assistant. I am currently seeking a part-time position and assumed it was legit at first because they claimed to have gotten my resume off a job app where I posted it. I asked about a zoom meeting because I became suspicious that they did not want to interview me for the position to see if I was a good fit. Instead they stated that once I receive the payment, they will personally instruct me on how to get the supplies and equipment from a guaranteed source to have the items delivered to my address overnight. Then, I'll begin training. I was then sent a link to Cmefgroup Savings Bank with an account number and password. I stopped responding soon after.

I Celeste Michelle Sims, applied for Emergency Rental Assistance, thinking it was a legitimate website. Especially, due to the fact the website had the National Treasury Department logo, in the upper right hand corner of the form online. I was in contact with a man named Michael Pumphrey, who sent me an email about getting rental assistance. I read the email, checked out the website, and the website looked legitimate, so I applied. I was confused about it because, Michael kept telling me my application was accepted, and I should receive the funds soon. I never received the money. He told me I was going to get $2,000 a month, for 18 months. Instead of money, he fraudulently ordered designer checks with Bank of America via mail. Which, I don’t have any accounts with Bank of America. I knew then, it was a total scam. Michael even texted me saying, he wanted me to write a hot check for my rent, and deposit it in my current bank account. Which m, I never did because, that is not legal whatsoever. Then, he was going to call Bank of America, and deposit money that doesn’t exist. Please report this man named Michael Pumphrey, and don’t apply for rental assistance with Jotform website. It looks legitimate, but it is a outrageous scam.

I inquired about a property listing to rent I found on Facebook and contacted the number included in the listing. The listing included having to pay a $75 application fee that’s refundable view the unit, which I paid. After I did, the person I sent it to sent me an application approval form, that included an approval statement and said I would have to send the deposit amount to see the unit that was refundable. I sent the money through Apple Pay through a different number (2138487369) and Zelle through an email [email protected] under a Selena Simmons. The amount I sent on Zelle was from Apple Pay not allowing me to send more money, so they tried to request the remaining money on this phone number: 213-556-5668, before I sent the remaining money of the deposit through Zelle. Once I did, the person then said I would have to send a lawyer fee and a fee to make the key to view the unit, resulting in $400. At that point I expressed my discomfort in doing so since I haven’t seen the unit yet and I already sent the deposit, and after them still demanding the extra money I asked for a refund. They said they were processing the refund, then said I would have to sent them $375 for them to be able to process the refund. I sent them a Zelle request but they still claimed they couldn’t send me my refund.

The Owner of Harris Enterprise & Tax Consultant LLC (********** ******) completed my taxes last year under another Agency. Ms. ****** Denied me my AGI number to proceed with another Tax Preparer in 2024 claiming that she had no access to my tax information from

The previous year. I choose The Harris Enterprise & Tax Consultant LLC business to do my taxes because I was more familiar with her process from last year. After I sent the basic information required for tax filing Ms. Harris sat with my information for a week. At the beginning of week 2 I asked the consultant if my taxes will be completed anytime soon? Ms. Harris responded that, she has a personal life as well as other clients waiting & if I was unhappy with her services that I could go elsewhere. On Monday March 18th 2024, I opt to discontinue with Ms. ******. She then told me that I had to pay her $250 for leaving her agency, something I had no knowledge of, authorized, or agreed upon. I was confused on why Ms. Harris would charge me $250 when she admitted several times that she never started my taxes. I refused to pay her because I was convinced this was fraud. Nonetheless on Thursday March 21 2024 Ms. ****** went into my account and authorized a scheduled payment of $250 that was taken out of my account illegally. After giving Ms. ****** some choice words she charged me an Additional $50 to my Account for no absolute reason. Because of this I had to report fraud to my bank and change all my bank account information because my old account has been compromised. She has threatened me through text message and copied and paste my signature on to several documents I’ve never seen before. I recently found out that Ms. ****** is no stranger to doing fraudulent work & makes a business out of scamming money from others. I am asking for a full investigation on ****** Enterprise & Tax Consultant LLC. Technology such as phone, computer, tablet, & hard drive database linked to this business should also be investigated due to concerns of fraudulent work being done. Ms. ****** is a financial and physical threat to society that should be stopped. I have physical proof of everything mentioned above.

The scammer introduced themselves as Mr. Kennett Hudson online recruiter of (Orkla Group) he mentioned viewing my resume on PostJobfree, and I was selected for a quick interview if I was interested in proceeding. Positions range from customer Service Data Entry/office assistant, Graphic Designer, Bookkeeper, Medical Transcriptionist, payroll clerk, personal assistant, Virtual Assistant, Virtual Assistant, personal shopper, care shopper, Care specialist Nursing assistant, Administrative assistant, and they pay $45.00. (This wide range and the contact by text should've been a huge red Flag). After your text interview, you are told to wait until answers are submitted to the supervisor. Then after waiting approximately 12-15 minutes the text back stating you passed and giving you the percentage passed with. They congratulate you and ask you to complete your full name mailing address city state, zip code phone number email address. Then they send you a link with Orkla brand name but the link is simply a jotform asking for a lot of personal information, social security number dob, and bank information. I was contacted in regards to a loan I was seeking. They claimed I was approved but needed specific information. Come to find out the got into my bank account. They have all pertinent information. They are scammers. They claimed they needed to verify thru cash app but gained access to that as well. If I weren’t desperately seeking a loan I would have been more aware don’t let this happen to someone else

Scammer used a person's Facebook page to send messages. It sent an application via FB Messenger. I submitted that with name, address, SSN, email and phone number. The service was for data entry/work from home starting at $17.00/hour 30-40 hours per week. They make you fill out the form https://form.jotform.com/23164168063053 where it asked for name, address, SSN, etc. They will also ask you to resend your ID because portal is not working and they will ask you to submit your banking information. This is probably one of the worse one that has happened to me. Not sure if it was a good thing or not but aside from the stupidity of me sending the SSN, my ID is expired.

Applied thru the Realtor.com for a rental home.. was contacted via text and sent to the home to view and then texted me the link to apply for rental. I gave them my information pic of my id, pic of my w2 and my social.

Scammer used my account and credentials and filed 3 disputes with my bank and told me that they put 710 dollars in my account and to prove that I would get 2000 I needed to send back the 700 or they would freeze my account until I paid them due to it was their money he stated.
