David Carter with PCH called us last night and said we won $7.5 million. He made it sound so real. He gave us his direct extension if we had questions (ext6379). He connected us to another agent, Earl Austin, who said we needed to pay a processing fee before they could send us the check. It was $75 and he wanted us to pay using a prepaid gift card.

About a month ago, I began receiving calls from PCH on my cell phone. Since then, I've received at least fifty. Yesterday, I answered the phone, but there was nobody on the line. Yesterday, I received fifteen calls. Today, it's not even 9am, but I've gotten three calls. I have tried to block the calls but they keep coming.

Shows up on my phone as PCH. Asking for overdue homeowners insurance. When I pressed them, I was hung up on 3 times!!

PCH is relentlessly calling my cell phone from different numbers from NY and CT every day. I block and report every number and they call back with a new number. I am being harassed. I answered once, when the calls first started. A woman answered and she said she was with some insurance company. I requested that PCH never call me again, she said okay, and the calls have gotten worse. I have blocked and reported over 50 numbers from them.

3/30/26: (Mon) called us @ 5:20pm my cell phone from PCH. Congratulated me in winning $5million dollars, the limo will come to my home within the hour, so be home also I will get $5,000 weekly for the rest of my life…BUT..

I will need to get registered and go to CVS, 7-11 store or any market that have the Amazon gift card.. call them back and they will get the number of the Amazon gift card to register for my Money! I argued on the phone why I have to register, when they will be here within the hour.. I could just do it then!!! He started claiming this was not a scam and I told him that this was not the time to do such crappy games to people and

I hung up.., he had called back and I hung up.., his name is

I received a call from James Fisher, with PCH (phone: (914) 512-4852, based in Tecumseh, MI, USA), telling me that I was the 2nd prize winner of 2,5 million dollars and a car. I needed to go to Walgreens and purchase an Amazon gift card to cover the taxes. Debra Holland from the state department in Jackson, Michigan would be delivering my prize.

I received a letter from supposedly PCH and it stated that I had won $760,000 and that they sent me a check for $7,570.28 and told me that it that was for to assist me for out of pot pocket expenses I believe this is a scam it really hurts my feelings because I would love to have won that money I am in such bad shape right now you wouldn't believe it if I even told you but maybe I will win the lottery someday soon I hope I got to get some help from somewhere I'm 70 years old and I don't have much money to do anything with I'm on a fixed income and this is really hurting me oh well God has my home and in heaven waiting for me and it'll be a mansion I'm sure. I hate to be teased like this this is horrible this breaks my heart

The man's name was Howie Guja. I won 9 million and a Lincoln. He needed me to get a gift card and put $250 on it for the FCC. They would drop the check off and take the gift card. By then I realized it was a scam. I called the # back and he said his name and PCH

I get called all day about being a PCH winner of millions of dollars and expensive vehicle I believed they said a BMW the wanted me to purchase a card with $850 on so when the company comes to my home to deliver the cash and vehicle. I'm supposed to tender them the pre- paid card for taxes on the winnings . They as provided me a number to the ScamPulse.com (850) 213-9688 to prove that they were a legitimate company . The person calling name is David Jones he sound of Chinese decent... And they also call Private Number...

Received a phone call form David Sawyer Badge #9190561 from Publisher Clearing House with an office number of 917-277-0114 stated I won $2.5 million and want to pay $500 and he also stated that the ScamPulse.com would cover the rest of taxes.

I got a call from a recorded female voice that gave me a prize number and phone number to contact.I called the number and spoke with a middle easyern man .I stopped him right in his tracks and asked him to give me some kind of proof then he told me to wait for something in the mail .

They called saying i won a 2023 Mercedes and 2 billion dollars from publishers clearing house and needs a date for delivery. I simply asked them why would publishers clearing house be handing 2 billion dollars to the bbb. Then asked them if they even know my name. They then hung up and attempted to call again. I didn't answer.

Call received from “PCH” prize patrol person named Mark, claiming I won a random drawing from Spin the Wheel. He stated that he can see that I have been a PCH participant in the past off and on for about 10 years, which was correct. Supposedly, I “won” 3.5mil, BUT he/they required I pay $8500 upfront-Really Mark!! He had another phone # for me to call to confirm the deposit of funds being held at BoA. 516-871-2299. Not sure if these numbers work anymore.
