I was reached out to through Behance by a lady named Connie Wood from Spotlight (website: spotlightoverthecity.com). Only the very next day, her Behance account was deleted. She asked me to join her design team for Spotlight, and my entire interview process was weird and over Microsoft Teams through text message with a man named Joe Sordello. The next day, they told me I was hired and sent me a sketchy hiring document. I tried to email them at [email protected].
