On August 9, 2025 I placed an order for a UGA helmet pencil holder for my son’s birthday on their website for $48. I emailed on August 24 to check the status of my order they said it was on back for 4-6 weeks. Emailed October 26, they told me it was on back order 6-8 weeks. Emailed December 14, they told me 6-7 weeks was the eta. I emailed them February 16 asking for a refund. They stopped responding. Emailed them February 18, 22, 24, March 2 and no response anymore. They have stolen my $48 and never sent anything.
