I placed an order for 2 of their customized name rings with the extended warranty for both rings on 1/19/21 they were to be a gift. As of 2/5/21 they have been sitting with YUNEXPRESS shipping. I reached out to snatchbles in regards to this on 2/16/21.On 2/17/21 I received a UPS tracking number that said delivered 2/12/21, per UPS the name, address, and shipping company on the package are not mine. I have tried several times to contact snatchbles via email and the phone number on their site. The phone doesnt even ring and then it gives me a network error. All I get in emails are "your package was delivered reach out to the shipping company, per our policy once it is delivered it is out of our hands." and they give me the tracking number again. The YUNEXPRESS tracking responded right away and stated they have not received the package from the shipper yet.

I have ordered a personalized ring through their website last month. I got the tracking number but it was for someone else’s package. I asked them to give me the correct tracking number, but they just keep sending me the wrong tracking number. I’m convinced that they don’t actually sell anything just steal money from people who are interested in their product.
