I ordered two double name rings at $39.58 from Snatchables.com on February 14, 2020. My product was supposed to be delivered on March 9th but it did not arrive. After contacting the seller, they told me that there was nothing they can do because I ordered customized items. According to the dispute, Snatchables says the item was delivered to my home on March 9th via USPS from China Post. However, my USPS informed delivery service does not show a package being delivered to my home on March 9th. If received, the package would have been viewed in the packages section of the email but there weren’t any packages from Snatachables between or during the alleged delivery date. I assert the tracking service they supposedly used is fabricated to make it appear like the package was shipped when in fact the order was never created or delivered. The website shows reviews from consumers victim to parcel tracking via: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.17track.net The Snatchables website displays believable “product reviews” which makes them seem legit. This was a great way to attract vulnerable shoppers. Unfortunately, American Express has chosen to side with the company and awarded them my money because Snatchables responded to the statements and said they sent the items even though I never received it. I am saddened by this situation because this scamming company did not provide evidence the item was even made. They also did not provide a way to resolve the issue. They only sent a tracking number from an uncredentialed website but the credit card company did not continue further investigation. Please help shutting this company down.

I ordered 4 rings. I've sent them email after email. I've gotten like 2 responses back from them. Now my order is saying that it went from Atlanta to Florida when i live in Alabama, that makes no sense. So i just sent then another email! The money cleared my bank on March 31st. I ordered these as a mother's day gift, which i still haven't gotten to be able to give as that gift.

Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend in January. Didn’t receive a tracking number until I complained. They told me in was on the way. I kept getting messages back for a while but they kept giving me the run around. I kept requesting my money back and nothing. I haven’t heard anything back even after repeatedly messaging about a refund. I checked the tracking number the other day and it’s expired. Messaged again and still nothing. I’m so stuck.

Ordered a ring Feb 12th. Gave me a misleading routing number. I got in touch with someone online and they said it was delivered in March. Contacting my bank to see what can be done. Buyer beware! It's.coming from China as well! ?

I ordered a personalized ring just like many of the other people that got scammed. Ordered it way back on February 18th 2021. It is April 21st and NO ring! Emailed a million times with absolutely no response. Phone # is disconnected. Not sure I can call my bank and report this website as a big giant fraud! Will also look into reporting to Instagram. This website needs to be taken down asap!

I order a ring back in December. Received a update on my order # in February said it was in China. Never got another order update nor ring I paid for! Called them and wanted me to give them my credit card information again and they said they would process refund! I ain't that stupid to get scammed 2 times! There should be a way to report all of us that have been scammed $ from them so they can't do it anymore to anyone!

Ordered a Nike coat from them size 2xl which is actually a size up from my regular size it’s so small it fits me like a child’s coat I can’t even zip it, also the Nike logo is double printed and coming off. I have contacted them more that 50 times by email explaining this and they keep referring me to their return policy. I want a full refund and don’t think I should pay from returning it or restocking fee. I don’t get what I ordered. And the item took weeks to get to me. It’s spring I ordered in the fall. In my opinion do not order from them

I order the personalised ring with 2 names on it on January 25th it is now April 1st period the emails I receive about my complaints are definitely from a bot. Had I know this order with coming from China I never would have placed it in the 1st place. It's so sad that I didn't see these actual reviews before ordering. I was scammed $39.58. I haven't heard anything from them since February. No tracking number, nothing. The phone number on the site does not work and my credit union bank says there is nothing they can do since I put in my digits for payment. This truly hurts especially at a time like this.

I also ordered personalized ring as did my neighbor they were delivered to Deleware instead oh Ohio and since it's been shipped it's no longer their problem I'm convinced I'm corresponding with a computer I can not get a live person to save me they keep giving us the run around & wont answer our questions ...[scam alert] we feel we've been duped it's so unfair

I ordered 2 rings 10 weeks ago. They never arrived. They claim to have been shipped 3 days after I made the order. The tracking says still in transit. I contacted the company severally times. Every time they send the exact same email. I requested a refund. They refuse to give me one starting that once it says shipped they don't give refunds. I notified my bank and they are now investigating them for fraud. Horrible customer service and no phone number to call.

I made an order with the intention of knowing it might take a while since it is a custom ring. Few weeks passes by i get the tracking number,sweet. That when i get a notification of the item getting delivered in my mailbox. Check my mail nothing saw tracking info & noticed it has the wrong zip code on the delivery. Contacted my post office thinking they might have lost it. & it turn out that the tracking number that was given had a different address to it. Had them give me a pint out to see if i can go find the package which lead to a apartment complex. That when i noticed all of it was a red flag. Contact you bank get a refund hope you see this before u buy it.

I ordered a ring from them on 3/2/2021. I received a tracking notification that it was delivered on May 11th to my mailbox, but nothing was delivered. I called my local post office and they said that the tracking number that I was given by Snatchables was not linked to my name or address. It was for a completely different person. I reached out to Snatchables by email and have not received a response. I had to report this to my bank to try and get a refund. It’s so unfortunate that this happened, because I really wanted the product.

I ordered from them a month ago, with the full expectation of it taking a while. I knew it was a dropshipping website. But after my tracking wasn't working, I went back to their website. Just to find out it isn't even there anymore. Completely gone, with no way of contacting them. SCAM!
