I called 800-253-8059 and/or 800-290-9372(tech support).
They worked on my computer for almost two hours and I had to pay a fee for their service which was $290. The IT director at my place of work said I was scammed. I called my bank and spoke to the fraud department and they are working on it now to see if they can do a take back of the money I lost. I was given a name by the male who was helping me - Pravas Jha. The merchant that charged my credit card is viable-tech-support.com It was processed in China and I also had a foreign transaction fee applied to my credit card.
