This reformer was ordered November 2025. I was given an order number. I talked to someone on the phone before ordering. I used my credit card. The website looks legitimate. The order was to take 5-6 weeks. In January of 2026 I called and was told that the reformer was in customs in New York and that I would receive the item by the end of the week. I would hear from a separate delivery company who would give me a tracking number. I have called several times and left messages and also emailed but have heard nothing. I saw that another person wrote they had not received their reformer either and that it was a scam.
