Yes I ordered the PureFlow 5pack Emergency Water Filter Straws, upon receiving the straws I waited to open then I thought I need to make sure I had what I ordered, when I notice the bottom end of the straw didn't have a cap like in the videos. Oh and it took a few days because my package was held up, I contact them and were able to trace package. Contact was made thru e-mails, I ask for a refund form, they assure me the product was good, never sent me a form when I requested this form about 3 different occasions. The product don't require a cap I was told. So I cut open 1 to find it is half HOLLOW with what appear to be straws. Suppose to be a 4Stage System and it only has something that look like straws 1 stage and the other 3 it's just HOLLOW INSIDE SCRAMED.
