Ordered product on December 7. Reached out to seller through PayPal that there had not been an update in a month. They sent shipping info immediately that showed that the shipping label had been created in December and nothing else. I reached out again two days ago to request a refund on this product since it clearly had not been shipped. They now claim it has been delivered and to reach out to the post office if it is lost, meanwhile the tracking info still shows no movement. The company has a US business address but the bank information is from China and contact is coming from China.

I filed fraud charges with my credit card company and they are handling the issue. I Order from this company October 2024, my order never shipped, the company cancelled my order at my insistence on Nov 5 and they promised a full refund. They still have not processed my refund. I have contacted them numerous times and each time they say they have expedited my refund and I should have it with in a few days, but this has been going on for over 4 weeks. I left a negative review on their FB page and company website, but this company appears to delete any negative comments. Numerous other people on FB state that their comments are repeatedly deleted. I made a complaint with ScamPulse.com and thats when I noticed this company has LOTS of complaints of customers never receiving merchandise and never getting the promised refund. Several of their ScamPulse.com complaints appear to be listed incorrectly under the name Sea Curve

Bought a dress for my wife on facebook ad link for 50$. Seller sends purchase confirmation and shipping confirmation but never actually ships anything. Shipper was contacted, who stated they never received any items. Many many comments from others saying that they have had the same experience.

Ordered two items from them in September was given a tracking number for USPS saying that the item shipping label was made, but no item was shipped since December 25. I spoke with the people at USPS and they said there was a shipping label made, but there was no items received on the date of December 25. So I then reached out to them at SheCurve with this new information and I still have not received my item. It is now January 7.

During the week of Thanksgiving I received an Instagram ad from She Curve for fleece lined leggings that were on sale for Black Friday. I placed an order on 11/29 and received a confirmation email, and within that email I was told I would need to download the “Shop” app for updates on my order. So I downloaded the app; entered my order info, and the status of my order was “order received”. I went about my business for the next week or so and then decided to check on the order again since I was wanting the leggings for some holiday events etc. When I checked the app; the status was the same. On 12/12 I emailed the customer support email asking for an update, but never got a response. Finally on 12/15, I used the app’s messaging feature to get an update on my order. I received a generic copy-paste response pretty quickly apologizing for the delay and saying it was due to “high demand”. Almost instantaneously, the order status on the app changed from “order received” to “preparing shipment”. So I carried on thinking the issue was being resolved, however, I checked the app again on 12/19 (three weeks after my original order) and it still just said “preparing shipment”. At that point, I knew something was up; so I messaged them again stating if the items won’t be shipped in a timely manner; I’m going to cancel the order. I got another generic copy-paste response of “ Once ready, we will promptly dispatch the goods to you.”. I responded immediately asking about the process for moving forward with canceling the order, and I received another copy-paste response of “ We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your purchase. To accommodate the high demand, we are expediting production and will dispatch your order promptly upon completion. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a $10 voucher for any future purchase. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you for your understanding and support!” . So not only did they not answer my question about canceling, but now they are trying to butter me up with a 10 dollar coupon — seriously??. I responded and requested a cancelation for a second time, and requested a cancelation confirmation be sent to my email. They responded and said the order has been canceled and I would see a refund in 5-7 business days. I never received a cancelation email; and never received a refund. When following up again on the app again on 12/26, my order still says “preparing shipment” and the last chat I received was “ We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in processing your refund. This has been due to the high volume of orders our warehouse and finance teams are currently handling. Rest assured, I have escalated this issue to my supervisor and made a formal record of it. We are committed to ensuring you receive your refund soon and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.”. Essentially, these people just keep brushing me off with copy-paste responses. I’m guessing they are just buying time while they wait for these items to arrive from China or whatever. I have in writing that I’ve requested to cancel and get a full refund multiple times, and I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank. Moral of the story is that Black Friday deals are not worth it and Instagram ads are not what they appear.

I ordered from this company in October of 2024 and still have yet to receive my merchandise. They have no customer service support. I have emailed multiple times to be replied with automated responses with no actual answer to why I haven’t received my merchandise, just that my order is processing and will be shipped in 3-5days. Avoid this company at all cost. They will gladly take your money and never send you your merchandise.

I made a purchase on 11/25 and today is 12/23 and the items have not been shipped. The company refuses to issue a refund stating the items are coming. Customer service has been poor. I just want my money back immediately. That's the only resolution that makes sense at this time.

For over a month now still waiting on the order ! I’ve sent messages about 5 times now a they say order is still being processed. Come to find out as I go in the page no body is receiving their orders everyone is asking where there orders are at! !

I placed a order with the merchant named Shecurve back on Nov 21st, 2024, which I paid in full in the amount of $86.94 with my debit card through the SHOP/SHOPIFY site. I have attempted to reach out to the merchant numerous times with no response back. Please do not buy any products from this merchant Shecurve by using SHOP/SHOPIFY. You will never receive the product/products you purchased & your monies will never be refunded by Shecurve or SHOP/SHOPIFY!!

I placed an order for 8 bras & expedited shipping. Two weeks passed and my order had still not arrived. When I contacted the business via live chat on their website, I was told "one of the bras is still in production so we haven't shipped your order" VERY suspect. I immediately requested they cancel my order and refund me, because I felt very uneasy. I sensed the scam . it's now been 33 days since I requested a refund and every day they say "please dont worry, your refund will be sent" Now they are claiming to have refunded me via Shopify , but they have not. I had to report this to my bank as fraud and I may not get my money refunded. I am so upset. This business is scamming so many women. Pure evil.

This company is selling women leggings online - facebook, instagram, tiktok and once you buy, they do not ship your item. I am not able to contact them, their number is out of service and they are not replying to my emails. They have taken my money.
