Paid $61.55 for two bras. Received confirmation of payment only. Emailed support almost a month later for any updates and received a generic auto generated response stating to expect 15-20 business days until item is shipped. Waited until a while month passed and emailed again. Received exactly the same auto response. No updates. They certainly took my money though.

I ordered two items from this company, and I also purchased the insurance to make sure I got my product. My package got delivered when I wasn't home and by the time I got home, the package was not there. I contacted their support and they first said they would look where the item is. Then I responded that it stated it was delivered. They then sent me proof of the delivery (images of the package at the door by the delivery person). I expressed my disappointment due to being so excited for my products. They then sent another email saying sorry, here's $15 towards next order and they also suggested I purchase the insurance to guarantee I get my package. In which I replied that I did. Nothing further has been done to address my missing package when I did purchase the insurance.

I ordered 2 bras 12/24. They were shipped to my PO Box, but due to the length of my street address, the PO number was cut off. So, the bras were sent back.

As of 1/14, the tracking has been the same. Customer Support says their logistics director is working on it. I don't want the bras, I want my money!!!

I’ve emailed them for 6 wks and it’s always the same BS, complete scams!!!

- Valier, MT, USA • Jan 23, 2026

Purchased items from SheCurve, being misled that it was a scam US business. Tracking number showed it was coming from China.

Tracking showed it was delivered to my PO Box. Upon speaking with my post master, they said they see this scam all the time, where tracking says it was delivered to buyer’s address, but it was actually sent to a totally different address with a cheap item such as a sticker. Item was never received, company has been stringing me along with emails saying they’ll refund or find a good way to make good on the problem, then says it’s on the post office to fix the problem with a missing package, even though it’s not missing. Post office was able to see where it was actually delivered.

I accidentally pressed purchase on an order for this company on Dec 25, 2025. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel. They responded quickly stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. It is now January 16, 2026 and I have not received my refund or any products. They are no longer responding to my emails. At this point, they have stolen almost $100 from me and seemingly have no intentions of returning my money.

Purchased product and they refuse to provide a full refund because it costs them too much to ship the product back.

I placed an order with shecurve and never received the items.

I received an email offering clothing at a discount. I purchased the items, but I never received the merchandise.

Nothing was ever shipped, I waited over a month then finally asked for the order to be canceled. Waited another month and never received my refund so had to dispute it. When I reached out to their support I was told two separate times that IF the dispute was in my favor then I would receive a refund. My order never even shipped why wouldn't my refund be guaranteed? Apparently they have 75 days to process that dispute...

I placed an order from shecurve.com which claims to be located in the U.S.A; my order once if arrived was missing one item, and several of the items did not fit. When I contacted the company to return them they offered me a refund of $30 which is less than the item that is missing. They said I would have to return the items to Hong Kong. This company is fraudulently portraying themselves as an American company and scamming people out of their money, making returns very difficult and lying about their location and return policy on their website.

I placed an order for bras, received immediate confirmation of my order via email and then waited for bras to arrive... but they never did! I had more than one email interaction with their "support team," but have yet to receive my order. I just called my credit card company and asked them to cancel my card and issue me a new one.

I purchased a bra from this company from an ad I found on facebook. The bras looked good and promising. The has sent influencers thjngs as well, so I figured that it was a reputable company. They didn't have very many items listed for sale. But it still looked legit, though i was a little annoyed. I made my purchase with Credit card. I decided to cancel the order. I sent an email and they said it was cancelled and i would get my refund in 5 to 7 days. Its been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. I emailed them again and they said "Please accept our sincerest apologies. We value your business and want to make this right. We assure you that your refund will be processed soon." They already told me my refund lrocess was completed the first time and now tbis is what they are pulling. They are giving me the run around and you should also avoid buying from this company. You don't have to take my word for it, just do a google search and you will find many with the same issue.

Purchased 226.00 worth of products from them. Checked the return policy prior to purchasing and said it could be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Contacted them the next day, and they offered me a $30 product coupon. The second attempt was a 20% refund. They are in complete breach of their return policy.

This is a women’s undergarment and swim wear company highly marketed on Facebook. I ordered two suits that took over four months to arrive and then they do not fit and are not what is advertised. I was not happy and asked for a refund. They told me I could have a 10 dollar gift card and $30 refund.

- Augusta, GA, USA

I bought 2 shapewear tummy control suits but when they arrived they looked like something a child could wear. I attempted to work with them to get an exchange but the offered me a 20% code. I refused and they the offered 30% 35 dollar refund not even half of what I paid. Then I refused and the next offer was 45 dollars. They have these people false advertising for their company, they take forever to send your product and once received you can't even use it. Ask for an exchange and then they make offers because they then tell you their warehouse is located in another country and it will be too expensive to return. Do not buy from this company, you will lose your money and get no product.

- Albuquerque, NM, USA

I placed an online order and my card was charged and I received an email that my order was confirmed, but then my order was never mailed I reached out multiple times via email, which is the only way to get in contact with them and I never received a response from them.

- Brookston, IN, USA

I placed an order with SheCurve for multiple bras that had been advertised all over social media. It took weeks for them to arrive and upon arrival I noticed that they weren’t accurate to the sizing I ordered and what was advertised. I contacted the company and it took quite a while to receive a reply from them. They replied offering a partial refund to which I said I wanted a full refund and if they would provide a prepaid label I would send the items back. They refunded to send a repaid label so I contacted my bank and requested a refund. Well I got a reply from my bank stating that the company said they sent the right items and there was no issue and now my bank has been charged back for the item refund. I did not get the right items, they’re not as advertised and come without sizing on the bras and only on packaging which was still labeled as wrong sizes from what I ordered. This place is a scam

- Long Beach, CA, USA

- Alexander City, AL, USA

I ordered an item online from SheCurve and they informed me that it was processing and that was December 27th. I have reached out to them, and they send out a generic message stating it takes 5-7 days to process. I ask for my refund and no response.
