This person stated he was in the US Army, and had to regime a Golden retriever puppy, he requested 380$ fee to rehome dog and would only use cash app for same. He sent me a false ID, and texted me numerous times stating he had puppy at airport and would require an additional fee of 1500$ due to covid precautions on flight. He did not get that. Apparently he’s changed his name and although I did not share banking data with him, I’ve had an unauthorized charge to my actual account as well. I believe he is not only a scammer but a hacker as well, and using people’s photo ID as well. Why police are unable to ping this constantly used cell phone is beyond me.
