Received message Jose Luis Caldero who lives in Orlando and is personally known to me, via Messenger 7/8/23 at 3:23pm that he had won $90,000 and that I should contact William Miller at www.facebook.com/agentWilliAmMiller.com. I contacted Michael James - Agent 7/8/23 with Camara de Compensacion de Editores (aka Clearing House), and he replied the same day. Mr Miller request I complete a form which I did and asked if I had a checking, credit card or Zelle and I said no. He requested I get a $500 card, which In did not buy and they kept insisting and still are insisting. I contacted by Michael James - Agent via Messenger wanting to know if I was still on the list of winners on 8/14/23. He confirmed I had won $400,000 by checking my name and address. Wanted to know my means of income and how it was received a picture of myself. I purchase a Walmart card $100 and I sent it via text front and back, but it started at $500, the $300 and ultimately $100 which was need for me to receive my winnings. He keeps calling to pay the fee to receive the funds, which I told him I didn't have those funds, that when they delivered the winnings to my front door, I would pay. They keep insisting and I have pay before I can get the winnings.

Received a call saying I was a winner of 2.5 million dollars and $7000 a Week for life.

Asked if I had a job then told me she needed $8000 for registration to send to IRS for taxes on the 2.5 million.dollars. i told her i didn't have that kind

of money ,she said have a nice day and hung up on me.

Mike Morrison was the callers name. He gave me a winning id # **********.

Claim #****** Asked her to go to Kinney Drugs to pay for documents he was faxing there for 600 hundred dollars. He also asked her social security number and bank routing number. She told Mike she does not give her social out to anyone and she does not know her routing number. Mike stated Steven Harvey will show up at her house at 5 o'clock tonight. He told her to call him at 5 o'clock tonight.

Phone call to say I am the recipient of award from PCH. Congratulations you have been awarded 2.5 millions dollars, 5,000 for life and a 2023 Mercedes-Benz. I need to pay state fees o $350 which would be reimbursed when the crew comes to present my check. Go to the nearest Walgreens which was closest to me and purchase a one vanilla visa gift card in the amount of $350.

He remained on phone until I got to the store and said, make sure not to mention my personal business to anyone just purchase the gift card. If they don't have one vanilla visa gift card, purchase an Amazon gift card. I left him on the phone in the car while I went into the store and came back to the car. I told him I had the Amazon gift card, he asked for scratch the silver backing and read the number/letter off to him. I said I thought I was to give the card to the crew when they come. He said they need preliminary to set them up and be prepared to distribute check. So I gave him (Eugene) the numbers. The rest is history. He did ask for my email address, see attached that he sent me. Tomorrow he claims the IRS needs payment. That's when it hit me a scam.

Received manilla envelope, no return address, from Santa Clarity CA, 23 Aug 2023. Inside was a form letterith the Puablishers Clearing House. No address, email or contact in formation. It was signed Richie Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer. The copied check on the letter was from Chase Bank. The want you to call them and let them know a day before to stating this should be kept strictly confidential, “ which means, you (I) am precluded from discussing your win with third parties..”. The letter has an Egyptian border edge motif border. The backside talks about the Publisher’s Clearing House Prize Draws and is signed by. highlighted Bob Crawford, President, Winners Selection Commission? It goes on to tell you what will happen if you don’t collect the prize; list winners who ignored the letter but then called in and won $300,000,00!

At the bottom they want you fill in you information and signature. This is for the prize winning patrol to collect when they come to your door! There is no contact address on the letter form. The check is drawn from Wells Fargo Bank, NA. The BridgeCrest Acceptance Corporation address is listed as: Attn: Accounts Payable, 1720 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Suite 101 Tempe, AZ 85281. The check is signed by an electronic siganture which looks like D Rinessell or Pinessell?

Received email stating must have decision regarding my prize number ownership of $15,000,000. Misleading and a scam

I received a letter claiming I won the $2,500,000 or $8,000 a week for life. I should contact Mr. Daniel Greer at 888-440-3735 or 888-874-5922. It says I must keep this confidential until the prize is procssed. The envelope bears a Canadian Postage License #2414732. This should tie back to the company who owns the postage meter license.

Individual posing as a representative from Publishers Clearing House left a voicemail stating that I had an unclaimed prize and gave a code to use and Instructing that I call them back at 719-401-5580. Scammers also used the actual Publishers Clearing House New York Address.

They called my sister saying that she won $3.7M dollars and a cadillac. My sister is not well. They asked her to buy green.money pack scratch cards at CVS that total $1200.00 and they will call back for the numbers on the card. They then said they would deliver her prizes. The so called name of the guy is Dennis Baker, cell number 754-238-6697. I called an advised him not to show up at my sister's property and threatened her 3 large dogs would greet him. Please check and report these scammers.

I received a phone call while driving Wed August 16, 2023, from Publishers Clearing House and told him I could not talk. Today I received a call from a gentleman with a slight accent, claiming to be Franklin James from the Unclaimed Department of Publishers Clearing House. I had won $9,000,000, a new Mercedes, and a bonus of $50,000. He gave me a verification number of 0404352US and check number 3610B. He stated that I would need to pay a fee of $499.00 for the FTC charges because the money would be crossing state lines, and when I got the check they would have already taken the $700,000 in taxes. He gave me a phone number, 888-598-6604 in Jerico New York, and the name Mr. Jim Washington, to call to complete the transaction. He also said I would need a valid Drivers License and would need the number. I told him I thought this was a scam and hung up, he called back. I immediately looked in Been Verified, could not find the number and am reporting the call to the BBB.

A male notified me by phone saying I had won a Mercedes Benz 2023 and five hundred million dollars from Publishers Clearinghouse 0n 08/12/2023 . He asked what time would be home to receive the delivery. I told him I was on my way to a wedding and estimated I would be home around seven pm. I returned his call on 08/13/2023. He told me I must have a state ID and 850.00 and an 850.00 must be a blue dot money card from Walmart, Walgreens or family dollar. He wanted me to have him on the phone until the transaction was completed which i had to go to my bank and get the money. I was given two names the person delivering the check and the man delivering the Mercedes. Was told to give the lady 400.00 for the check and the male was to receive the card with 450.00 for delivering the car. The was suppose to be a registration for Publishers Clearinghouse to IRS and the Federal Government which he named the Better Business Bureau. When I told him I had no money he He said he had a report on his desk from Irs says differently I knew at that point this was a scam. I did not send any money and will not have no more contact with him.

I got a call, caller gave his name as Albert Johnson and said he was the general manager of PCH. He also had someone give the name of David Cooper and both said that my husband won $5.5 million and a BMW convertible 2023. Also, he would receive $7000 to be paid every week! They wanted him to put $500 on 2 Visa Vanilla gift cards for payment first! Supposedly Betty Jones is their CPA and Mary Jones is supposedly their attorney! Really unique names! Nice try!

He used the nam Tony Razzo. Claiming I won. 3 1/2 million and a suitcase with 200,000 in it in the PCH I think he said 2 cd prize. Telling meto pay the permit treasury fee and insurance I couldn't afford so he hung up

I received a phone call from an unnamed number. I answered because I was expecting important call from a hospital. The person identified himself as Steven Goldstein from Publishers' Clearing House. He informed me that I'd won over three million dollars and a new Mercedes convertible. He quickly asked what color vehicle I'd like. Then he said that someone would contact me in within the next 5 minutes. Curiously I answered the phone to be welcomed by a David Goldberg. I found it strange that both callers identified themselves with common Jewish surnames. In a Latino accent, he congratulated me for winning over 3 million dollars and the Mercedes. That's when I told him that it sounds like a scam, and I was going to hang up. I asked for his phone number, and he said that he'd give it to me after I accepted the terms of the prize winnings. I played along for a minute and then told him that I knew it was a scam. Then he told me that I was "a very wise man" and that he'd send me an e-mail with a 14-page attachment, describing the terms of the prize in full. When it arrived, it contained very convincing documents from PCH, the BBB, the IRS, the FDIC along with a photo of the Mercedes and pictures of previous winners accepting their checks. A few minutes after the e-mail arrived, my phone rang with the unnamed number appearing. I did not answer. The caller phoned several times thereafter, but I didn't answer. I called the BBB, and they confirmed my suspicion that, indeed, it was a scam. I found it very interesting that both callers used Jewish surnames. I wonder if my surname was of Italian origin, the callers might have been named Rocky Balboa and Arthur Fonzerelli. I don't know how they would gain access to my personal information, but I I'd surely find out if I'd fallen for their scheme.

He wanted me to get a vanilla gift card for $495 and then I would be able to get to 8.5 million that publishers clearing House is giving me and a Mercedes I didn't give him anything

They said they were from publishers clearing house and that I had won over a huge large amount of money in the millions and that first they would need $200 before they would delivered my prize when I pay the $200 then they said that I had also won a car which would be delivery to me that I would have to pay UPS $300 to deliver it as well as They had cashiers check to give me and they had guards to go with me to the bank to deposit them.

I received a call from David Goodman from 1-256-909-9201 and he said that I won the Publisher's Awards. He got your name and had my phone number. I didn't give him any more information. He said I won a Lincoln and I would only have to pay 1 %. Then I looked up the number to the Better Business Bureau and called.

Telephine call. Gave name as Kareem Green. Gave bank routing: *** *** ***** **** ******** *** *** *****  Citizens Bank, 35610 Woodhaven Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154. Asked that I wire $1500.00 to cover registration fees to receive $17.5M prize. I did not do this. I gathered as much info as possible to report this.

The scammer has the latest phone number of (402) 257-5410. He states he is with PCH and he will help her get back the $50,000 she has lost. She has given $10,000 to this person. My sister is very gullible, She believes and TRUST anyone who states they will help her. We have filed many police reports and have received no help. I believe it is the same person scamming her. Otherwise, how would they know she had already been scammed out of $50,000? This person originally claimed my sister had won $18,000,000 and a Mercedes from PHC. Now he is stating he will help get back her $50,000.

someone called claiming that I was a winner from the Publisher's Clearing House. Left a message on my answering machine claiming that I had won something big and I should call back for further info to claim my prize. I called back and person just said...hello. Did not identify organization etc. I hung up and checked the Publisher's Clearing House website where they said they would never reach out by phone and to make sure not to give any personal info.
