The 1st and last name that I need to put on the paper was Josephine Gourley , City: Dyerburg TN. They even asked did I want it public announced or no. I was contacted through Facebook messenger. They hacked my friend's account. Scammer told me I won a Publisher's Clearinghouse prize of $35,000. He said, hey it's good to see you're online. He said I can't believe you haven't claimed your money. He messaged me pictures of people standing by the Federal Express truck. Alberto Rodrigeuz (?) said he was going to bring me $35,000 if I paid $650. I messaged him all night. I really believed I won the money. They gave me a code. He said: "IMPORTANT NOTICE WE ASK THAT YOU SHOULD KEEP THIS BENEFIT STRICTLY FROM PUBLIC NOTICE UNTIL YOUR GRANT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME. THIS IS PART OF OUR SECURITY PROTOCOL TO AVOID DOUBLE CLAIMING OR UNSCRUPULOUS ACTS BY BENEFICIARIES OF THIS PROGRAM."

I have forwarded all of the Facebook messages to BBB.

Received call from David Hayes of Publishers Clearinghouse that I had won $950,00. I needed to send $350 by Money Gram at CVS but that did not go through. I got a money order at the post office and sent it to Frank Dixon. He told me to send payment to Frank Dixon because he handled that. Then I was told I needed to send $1000 to get a stamp put on the check because of Ohio Law. I mailed the money order to Maryland. After a few days I received another call that I needed to send $1700. He had asked that I pay by American Express. But I told him that my limit was only $200. David gave me a routing number (272481567) for account 000026882254920 to give American Express to pay off the bill. I called American Express to check if my card was paid off. They told me no, the routing number was not legal. They sent me a later explaining the payment was rejected: unable to locate account.

"David Rosenberg" called and stated that he was the Executive Director of the Southwest PCH Office. He stated that I had won $6.8 million, a $25,000 bonus and a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. He stated the Brinks Armored Service and top executives from PCH would be arriving at my house at 2:30 pm CST with my prizes. Of course, he wanted to confirm my name and address, so I asked him what name and address he had on file. He confirmed my name and where I lived, but NO physical address. After giving me a confirmation number and Brinks tracking number, he stated that I had to pay the taxes for the vehicle. I asked if I had to pay over the phone and he said "No, that would be illegal". He went on saying that I could wire him the money via my bank or Wal-Mart. He asked me to send the money ($725) to "Olando Nicholson" in Appleton Wisconsin. Once I had completed the transaction, I was to call 205-315-4305 to confirm I sent the money.

A guy called and said I'd won a million dollars, that is a thousand a week for the rest of my life and wasn't i excited? When I did not respond, he went on to say that I now owe the IRS 1% or $3,500 and he would take care of that and how was I prepared to pay that today? I hung up

Publishers Clearing House scammer said that I won 207 million dollars and a 2017 Mercedes. To claim this prize I need to open a new bank account. Not going to do it.

- Lenoir, NC, USA

I received a phone call from a man named Michael Anderson. He said he was a representative from PCH. He said I had won 7.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes. He and his manager, from New York, supposedly needed money for fees, storage, gold seal... They want to know your age and when they find out you are 60 or over then the money they ask for keeps on and on. Please help the elderly for such abuse.

My 96 year old father in law received a call from Robert Anderson, who said he was calling on behalf of Publisher's Clearinghouse, and that he had won. He asked if he wanted it delivered like TV or wanted it deposited in his account. He'd won 5 million in cash and a Mercedez Benz. I returned the call and got a pre-recorded electronic voice. He said if anybody else calls you about this, just hang up. Then a call came in from Kingston, Surrrey,  Jamaica, it was Robert Anderson 876-897-5460, he was asking for my father-in-law. I said I was with the Ohio Attorney General, and I wanted to know who he was working for. He hung up.

- Spokane, WA, USA

Said I won 1.5 billion dollars, would get 7000 a week for life and a 2018 Mercedes Benz. They asked me to pay 10k but then said I only had to pay 200 when I said I do not have enough. CN: 010e7350847976497 for the number, and talked to James and Mary Allen. Called me from: 876-332-5987

My mother in law received a call that she had won $950,000 and a 2018 Mercedes. She just needed to go to a Wal-mart, CVS, Wal-greens etc and "register" for her prize by paying $999.99. They would then deliver her prize to her door within 30 minutes. I called them back for her. The 876 # is in Jamaica. He said he was in Bristol, VA and his name was Robert Patterson. I was very skeptical with him and he became defensive. I then told him that I would like to speak with a previous winner to confirm this was legitimate. He gave me the name of a 2nd place winner from Idaho, a Charles Finley, gave me his cell #. In the meantime I called the Sheriff's Office and before I could call the former winner he called me. I asked his address and he, amazingly enough, gave it to me, but when I put it in google and mapquest it didn't come up as a legitimate address. He told me his name wouldn't show up on the PCH winners page because he wanted to keep it private considering his age and all. I asked how old he was and he replied 84. This guy sounded like he was about 25 and high as a kite. I laughed and asked him what year he was born. He was baffled. I told him the next call he'd get would be from the Sheriff's Office and I hung up.

Caller named John Watson- PCH Offcier claims desk # 24 called my aunt and claimed to represent Publishers Clearing House. He also mentioned a person by the name of David who is supposedly on his team that we see on tv. The caller told my aunt that she was a grand prize winner, and in order to claim her winnings they only require that she go to Walmart, and pay for the fees by sending $350 via western union/ money gram wire transfer. I called the ScamPulse.com learn more and to determine if this was real, and I am glad I did. The ScamPulse.com informed that this is a popular lottery and sweepstakes scam. BEWARE.

- Boise, ID, USA

Gentleman named David Miller says I'm a winner of two million dollars and a 2017 Mercedes car. I was to go to Walmart and pay $1000,00 for fee and registeration. My daughter called PCH and was told it was a scam. This man is a smooth artist. We did not fall for it. Thought you should know.

- Houston, TX, USA

An individual named Michael Carr called claiming to offer a prize from Publishers Clearing House. The prize was 3.3 million dollars and a Honda CRV. Mr. Carr claimed to be from New York, though the caller ID stated "Kingston, Jamaica." When asked about the location, Mr. Carr said he was on Kingston Street in Jamaica, Queens. Mr. Carr said, to claim the prize, due to fees involved, a spending form would need to be picked up at Walmart and $645 sent back to him. As this request and call was fishy and appeared a likely scam, this payment was not provided. After hanging up the call, Mr. Carr continued to call 7 or 8 more times. Information concerning this scam was also reported to Publishers Clearing House, which stated they do not call prizewinners or request payments to claim a prize.

- Beaumont, TX, USA

A Jonathan Campbell claiming to be that he's from The Publishing Clearing House, has called me multiple times saying I won a check worth $1,000.00, and it will be sent to my bank account. He said I should be hearing from his General Manager, Dave today. He asked for my SSN, address, and account #. He also told me I won a Mercedez Bend, and asked me to pick a color. He asked for my DL #, and where my place of business is. He also asked for my email address. He asked if I want a beneficiary for my prize, and he also asked for my mother's maiden name. He asked if I vae received the funds yet, and there are taxes on the funds that's why a paper chech can't be sent.
