Man saying he's James Meyers from Publisher's Clearing House wants my information (name, address) to deliver money I won. Keeps calling all the time from different "unknown" numbers.

I received a call from Mark Jenkins stating he was with Publishers Clearing House. He stated that he was with HQ out of MA. He advised that all I need was to send $800 via western union. That I had won $5000 a week for life and also a Mercedes Benz.

I received two calls on my cell phone today. The caller claimed to be with Publishers Clearing House. The phone number is 876-843-4556. Was in my caller ID. He congratulated me. He asked if I was the owner of this phone number. Sated I won $2.8 plus a Mercedes of my color. When I told him I never entered a Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. he said they take random numbers and they pick a winner from the random numbers.He wanted me to go to Walmart or Walgreens to register with a Lights of London. This is the insurance company. Wanted me to send $500. He had an accent. His name is John Thomas. I hung up on him. I don't know how he wanted me to send the money. He said the check would come through Bank of America. An additional phone number 864-406-3560. He called back after I hung up on him. He asked if I wanted public or private delivery. I knew the entire time it was a scam. I tried to call both numbers. Went to voice mail. He advised me not to tell anyone. He said you know how people can be when they find out you have won money. He sounded very professional. I asked if he could explain between private and public delivery. He said private we could meet somewhere. Public there would be cameras. When I was on the phone with him my co-worker Googled this and found scam information on Google.

I get these phone calls 5 times a day from the Publisher Clearing House, saying I won $15 million dollars. I told him to stop calling me, & he said only when I pay the fee he wanted. He wanted me to go to Walmart to get a gift card, I told him no.

Telephone call saying he was from Publishers Clearing house, and I had won 1.5 Million $$, a plus Mercedes vehicle. Wanted $155.00 to get a tax free certified check, taxes to be deducted from my $1.5 million dollar check. Said he name was Bob James, located in Queens N. Y. , said his badge # was 7580 BJ. claim Number 4589305821us. Did I give up really winning a Publishers Clearing house contest????

They told me I had won 4 million dollars and a new car, they wanted to stay on the line with me until I went to the bank to send them money.

My mother was told she won 2.5 million dollars, after asking some questions the caller hung up on us and I never got an explanation of the situation.

They called me saying I had won 1.5 million dollars and a Mercedes Benz. The person said their name was Jimmy Kingston, and they said to claim it, I needed to go to Wal-Mart at 3:00PM and pay them 499 dollars. I told them to come to my home and give me the money and car first and then I'd have no problem paying them that. They then hung up.

I was called by Publishers Clearing House claiming that I won 1.2 million dollars and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I called Publishers Clearing House because it was Saturday I got voicemail that stated if I was called regarding anything about winning money it was a scam. When I was called again regarding my winnings I let them know what I heard in the voicemail and they said they were affiliated with the business, and not actually the business. They wanted me to pay $400 and to send them a money order to them from Walmart. When I said I couldn't afford that they said they would take $200 now and $200 a week later so that I could get my winnings. When I refused they hung up on me.

I received a call claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House. Stated I won $1 Million. Wanted me to pay $1000 to receive the money. I did not pay any money. I told him it was a scam. I do not have a phone number. My caller ID showed unknown caller.

I received a letter in the standard mail stating I had won 2.5 Million with a check enclosed for $5770. I did not sign up for publishers clearing house so I called the ScamPulse.com to find out if this was legit. I was told that the two phone numbers were out of Canada and that if I called the numbers that they would ask me to send them money.

I received a call and the male stated he was with publishers clearing house. He asked if we lived near Boise and I said yes. Then asked how far away, i stated an hour. Then he asked how did it feel knowing that I had won. I said "it felt unreal." Then he hung up.

Publisher's Clearinghouse - they told me I won 1 Million dollars. They said they have been trying to call, but have been unable to reach me. They also sent a check for 7,000 written on a Canadian Credit Union Check. They said international fees may apply, so this why they sent the $7,000

Male person called claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House stating that I had won 2.5 million dollars in a drawing. I pretended that the connection was bad and hung up. He called back immediately and asked me why did you hang up? You won a prize. I said I do not understand what you are trying to tell me. He said again that I had won this money in a drawing. I replied by saying that I had not entered into any drawings. He said that they select it from phone numbers.....I told him that this phone call seems suspicious to me and he began getting a little belligerent insisting that I confirm that I would like to have this money. I said I don't like this, it sounds like a scam and I will report this phone number. His response..."I will report your mama" and then he hung up!

Said that they were from Publishers Clearing house and I had won $950,000 plus a new Mercedes, before I was to receive the prizes, I had to pay the taxes first, wanted me to go to a Walmart and get a cashiers check and had to call them back, they had no specific info and hung up after I asked to many questions.... I was able to actually call and get the same person back on the phone and just cussed them out
