A prom dress was purchased for my Daughter via the luxandluxy website. After multiple attempts to reach the seller to find the location of the dress, the seller responded that they were looking into our concern. On 1/23/2025, the seller responded via email that they were refunding the credit card. Still, to date, they are "still looking into the concern". I believe this is a scam website.
