This website sells items for pomerani dogs and puppys .I ordered a book and emailed the day about cancelling the order. Ireceived an answer back that it would be handled. I checked my email 2 days later .The book had been shipped. Iemailed ([email protected]) that i had cancelled the order . That when received will be refused and returned .I expect a full refund of payment. When i received it ,i refused it.Returned it the same day. My bank debited my account for the payment.This place has a return policy of , package to be unopened and the same condition .With purchasier paying return postage.Note , there is no phone listing, no physical address ,nocontacts. I haven,t received any notification that it was received nothing at all.

Its a place that is doing business without any contacts. Just send the money and thats it. I would not recommend doing anything with them.
