I receive a letter that was supposedly from Bank of America informing me that my home warranty was about to expire and I needed to contact Andy Perkins at 888-421-5993. The letter says they will revoke my eligibility for service coverage if I don't contact them. It says BofA on the letter but there is no logo and the envelope did not have Bank of America on it. I contacted BoA and they told me they did not send me any letter.
