I searched online for a jewelry subscription company as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I came across Penny and Grace. I filled out a jewelry profile online and submitted. I received the product and it was great. The subscription was monthly so on January 1, they charged my card $39.99. When I didn't receive anything, I reached out via email (they have no 1-800 number). I received no response from them. When I looked further online, they said they charge on the first of the month to "secure" the product but that they don't ship until around the 20th of the month. I thought this was odd and terrible practice. I tried emailing them again and no response. When I look at my account online, it says in progress and that I would receive an email when the product shipped. It is January 27 and I have received no email or response from the company. I have cancelled my subscription and I guess I am just out the $39.99. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
