I was scammed by Lewis Morgan for a prize that I won from the Publisher's Clearning House. He told me that I needed to pay for the FDIC fees which totalled $1500.00 Not knowing it was a scam I purchased the Moneypak card to pay the fees.

I received 2 phone calls 2 days in a row from a man saying He was from publishers clearinghouse and that I had one a truck and a certified check for certain amount. He wanted me to put up a gifts certificate for 500.00 for me to be able to receive the prizes either privately or publicly. When I told him I had no money to put up He asked how much I could be able to afford. I said before going any further I wanted to check to make sure this call was legitimate. He then said I could call him back when I found out the information.
