Received email stating they've received my order confirmation.. I do not use paypal ever to make purchases

I got a call today saying that there was a fraudulent payment on my pay pal account. They said it was going to my bank account. My pay pal was never connected to my bank account, it was connected to a prepaid visa card. She said she was going to pay me tomorrow when I received an invoice from paypal. Now the email has disappeared.

Email from scammer claiming to send invoice for $1149.99 for products I did not purchase. No purchase for any such amount on my PayPal account and bank account.

Email received with PDF. PDF invoice for $249.77 and states it is from PayPal for Norton Life Lock Inc. No shipping details from seller. Norton Life Lock Inc #14162682. Invoice states if I did not authorize the transaction, call the 888-315-4899. Did not respond to email or call the number. Researched PayPal scams and found several, including scams similar to this. Thank you.

Received notice that my PayPal account has been charge for exceeding e-pay usage limit with an amount of $949.99 USD and same will be automatically debited and reflected in account statement within the next 24 hours. The supposed purchase is a Sony 42" Bravia OLED 4 Smart TV.

I do not have a PayPal account and I did not purchase a TV on line. When contacting the phone number listed it was immediately answered. I was told the only way I could cancel the charge was to go to a computer and he would connect me to the BBB. I told him I thought this was a scam and was threatened with money charge to my account if I didn't follow this procedure.

I got an email that said I had a purchase on paypal but they were just trying to get my info.

This is the email they sent which says it’s from “Billing Receipt” but when you click the email it says it’s from “[email protected]”. This is not from PayPal so it’s the newest scam. Ridiculous.

This is a scam & I was asked to call this #812-366-5501 in order to reach the Fraud dept. They said we were on recording, Many others having this issue…had me Download an app called “remotepc screen” & then tried to have me mirror my personal checking acct. Once I Refused, they asked for my Cashapp info wanting to mirror that account, asked me to input $749.99 & hit PAY! I Again refused & the receiver told me “to [censored] myself” 3-4 times!

I keep receiving emails from Paypal, except I don't have ancount with them. typically the emails state my account has been frozen due to questionable purchases. Today I received an email telling my transaction for $1218.00 in bitcoin had been approved. Fourtunaltely, this is not true and I didn't loss any money. They did privide the acctual customer service number, which I found kind of funny.

They sent a receipt for 999.00 from PayPal purchased from Nova Armory Inc.

They said it was coming out of my bank account

I received an email from what I thought was PayPal. Stated my order was accepted. Number #2301-1827-1646. Thanked me for my order. I don't have a PayPal account. It said I bought $757 from a place called Blockchain Exchange. Gave an invoice and customer number to cancel. Phone number to cancel was 854-203-1307. I thought this was PayPal. Had an ID and purchase number to receive a refund. I called the number. I was on the phone over an hour. A man said he will fix it for free. The ScamPulse.com logo was on the email.

I gave him my email and the name of my bank. I may have given the type of account I have. I did not give an account number. He was hooked on to my cellphone. Told me to go to Play Store and download an App called Desk Top. I downloaded the App. I realized it was a scam when they wanted me to open my account. Somehow I was hacked. I hung up on him. Kept calling me back from different numbers. He threatened to have me arrested for hanging up.

I received an email from “pay pal” which was a receipt for an online purchase of an iPad $800 etc.

checked my bank and I’m too poor anyways but they had my debit card information in the email.

Currently on hold with my bank, but please be aware of these people pretending to be PayPal and trying to scam people. I’ve no idea how they stole my information but they did.

The scammer emailed me telling me that I have fraud on paypal account, and when I called in they informed me that I needed to get multiple gift cards in the amount of 2000 for four gift cards. They informed me that they will deposit the funds back into my checking account. I do not have a paypal account and I was scammed on buying multiple gift cards. He stated his name was Mike Robertson.

Check for spelling and writing mistakes. Have a trusted family member or a lawyer read the email. DO Not send any money to anyone you do not know and DO NOT pay for charges you have not made.

PayPal sent me a notification that 499.00 I called the number at the bottom of the page 858-480-7880. Got a run around. And disconnected several times and they kept calling me back. Sounds like someone trying to take advantage of a senior. I have not made any PayPal purchases. I did not give any phone number or information or permission to take any money.

I got scammed out of money. I received an fake email from PayPal. I called the phone number at the bottom. I do not have the email or the number I called. I was told someone is charging me $1299 for an Apple Mac Book. I hung up when the man answered. I knew it was a scam. I looked online for PayPal customer service number. I called the number thinking it was PayPal. I thought it was their real number. I do not have the number I called. He told me it was fraud with Cash App to get money. Somebody was trying to use my Cash App. He got me to click on Cash App. I downloaded a website and was hacked. I went on a fake website. I lost $499 that was transferred it to Bitcoin. Then he somehow got control of my phone. By the time I caught on to it it was too late. I want to get a refund from Cash App.

Got an email from Paypal (from Ramona Diaz) saying I authorized a payment to Mark at Verizon.net. The email said if you have not made this purchase call Paypal immediately at 1-888-502-1426 to block this transaction. I called them. I went through filling out a form online at mscare.live to stop the payment and to see if there had been any other transactions to cancel. They asked for my banking institution which I gave them. Then, he told me he looked and saw there have been two transactions for that amount of $1379.98. I said no I did not authorize that - I want that refunded. I entered my name and address and the amount of my refund which was suppose to be $1,380 but I typed in $41,380. They saw that and said that, that transaction for $41,380 went through already and now I needed to refund them the $40K. They asked for my name, address, they already had my phone number from caller id. He said do you do online banking and I said I would not give that information. Then, he asked for my bank and they then took over my computer and tried to access my account. I gave them wrong information so they could not access it. They threatened to shut my computer down for 90 days and they said you need to send us that refund because the transaction already took place. I said if that is the case my bank will know and can refund the transaction. They said we are sending authorities out to your house. I said go ahead and hung up. I have talked to my bank.
