Ordered a custom item which they specialize in. Item arrived completely different than what was ordered. They have been stringing me along for a year plus and now I can longer contact them through e-mail or social media. Their phone is disconnected.

Purchased a mug for my wife for our anniversary from Pawows.com (website: https://pawows.com/) after seeing there products from a advertisement on some social media platform advertisement. The products look enticing and good quality, they even claim on their website to involve buyer with production to ensure it matches the buyers description of what it's attempting image to replicate. The website reviews felt fake, and i even checked the websites validity, with no red flags. I proceeded to buy a mug my big big mistake which was extremely expensive, costing me $89. After weeks of no contact i emailed them at [email protected] to ensure product was being made and if they needed further photos to match dog description for the realism of the mug. I got no real response other then quick your product will be sent asap. Which i received twice after asking a second time same question. Once product was received which was 8 weeks after initial purchase. Product was cheap junk that arrived broken andwas zero effort made with ZERO resemblance of images provided. I furious, emailed to get a refund and which i was left with excuses and various false promises of refund. Even my refund attempt through PayPal has gone silent. I have the entire email chain if needed. They even mention to me to cancel my PayPal refund process in order to actually get my refund in email. I'm extremely upset i fell into this fake scam and they need to remove their website so further people don't fall victim to their scam. I can only attach 1 photo. I have multiple photos and emails showing proof if needed.
