I ordered a dress from Paul’s Wardrobe from New York online Aug. 9. Received order Aug. 19. Told would arrive in 2 days but took 10. Dress was way too small. The large was not a large. I emailed Wardrobe to return. Reply said to send picture and I did. Responses that it was being reviewed how to return. No response. Call twice but not taking messages. Emailed again to get a return address but said it was being reviewed. I’m trying to return for a refund within the 30day return policy which is Sept. 9. Paul’s Wardrobe has charged my card. I have a dress I can’t wear.
