Pet scam

Site looks some what legit at first glance with lots of valid information. He wants to send emails to collect information about you and only wants online money sent that cannot be protected or gotten back. PayPal friends and family, zelle and such. He sends emails that look like he's dropped your puppy off at a airport to be sent to you. But then, the "shipper" will send info that you need to pay a fully refundable deposit through the same means for the shipping cost and animal protection. Even after you tell them no you're not, he will try to convince you he found a better deal for a cheaper price and then try suckering you into another insurance scam. You will never receive a puppy. Him and his accomplices are not good at speaking English. He also has fake websites for shipping companies. They also look and act legit, but you cannot find a true website online to back them up. Please triple check these websites out, because they are praying on good people looking for pets and that will pay extra to get them home safely. If there's any way to file charges on these people to put them away for life, I would testify for it. Or just be put in a room with them for about 15 mins.
