It was through an old navy pre christmas pijama sale. I was directed to the sale i bouth i few pairs and i tought i was purchasing through old navy when i made the purchase i was charged right away $32.96 through my bank card . When i got confirmation of my order number it showed [email protected] since octorber 2024 i been inquiring via email reg my order never received and they have me going back and forsth telling me at first that my refund would only be partial because of high cost of ahipping , and when i told them i would report them they replied they would do a full refund has been almost 25 business days and i still havent seen my refund to my original paymnent. I am afraid now they are not replying at all .
