Claimed they shipped my order which was family christmas pajamas. Once it said the package was delivered, I contacted them via the delivery email in which they apologized. A few days later after communicating, they said they would resend the package. Again got confirmation it was delivered and it was not. Contacted them again. I told them I did not want them to reship again so they offered me a 75% refund. I told them that was unacceptable and I was onto them. They then claimed they would refund my money in 15 to 25 days. After 30 days, I contacted them again as I didnt get a refund. They apologized and said they would refund the money in 15 to 25 days. At which point I told them they had no desire to refund my money and I was onto their scam and they should be ashamed of themselves.
