Called cartpanda - they gave another phone number 1-877-257-0328 to call for refund.
They ask for email, phone number and name. They do not issue refunds.
Customer service person was not answering my questions.

They send a welcome email from Dr. Megan Rogers. Wanting more money and to log into a journal.
