My sister was contacted stating they were looking for me ..and they were a law firm ect ..i was than called by my sister so i called the number they left they had all my info job history ss# and all they told me i would be going to jail if i didnt settle or i can make payment arraingements i set it up i am disabled person and am terrified at that point because of all the info they had ..so i began making payments and they started to try and take money out on the wrong days so i figured the first time was a mistake than it happened every month so i called and the lady said her name was diffrent than the first time so i got a red flag than i asked for a physical address and they didnt want to provide that or a direct number to the firm ..when i googled it i cant find anything either ..i dont kniw what to do at this point

“Investigator Mary Richville”

Investigator Mary Richville called from 11111 (I typically don’t answer spam numbers lol) and told me that I have 3-Fraud cases in my County with a court date on December 27th. I told her I don’t know what she’s talking about (I genuinely don’t because all I ever do is work myself to the bone for everything I have), and she said I should’ve been served by now and she proceeded to transfer me to someone else and I hung up. She called back and left a message with stating the last 4-digits and told me to call 866-574-5685 “The Plaintiff’s Office” immediately and listed a fake court case # and stated I have been “legally notified”. I did just dispute some things on my credit recently that was actually removed, so maybe that’s what sparked this call.

Saying I owe from a loan I supposedly had somewhere between 2014 to 2018. They say it was from a place call cash america. They say the loan was closed in 2020 with a balance of $1981.83. I'm just not sure this is real.
