Type of a scam Online Purchase

Seller (Tani Laika) posted saddle for sale on facebook page (Blue Ribbon Saddles). I contacted seller about saddle. I offered seller $1500 for the saddle plus shipping. She was going to ship saddle through UPS. After she shipped saddle she sent me a tracking number from Orient Global Shipping and Logistics not UPS. I received an email that it departed. But it did not. Then I received an email from Orient Shipping and they wanted me to pay for insurance $1150 before they would ship. Seller is telling me they are holding it through Customs. But it is supposed to be shipping from CA not out of the country. Orient is sending me emails saying they won't ship til insurance is paid. Seller never mentioned insurance and I told seller I did not want insurance and also told the shipping company I do not want insurance. I believe that the seller and this so called shipping company are scammers working together. Seller keeps telling me that she can't get package back because it is in customs. Why would it be in customs if it is the US being shipped domesticI have asked for my money back and she will not return it. When I sent the money I knew then it was a scam because the seller was getting very impatient with the money coming through. I should have know when this Tani Laika said to send the money to a Maryam Graves it was a scam. The address the seller gave me is 1047 W Orange St Hanford, CA 93230. The shipping company does not give an address just a phone number.
