I reported this.business before for the same scam they tried to take money from my account again but failed because there wasn’t enough funds in the account they have been using different names to hide who they are

Ism sick and trued of being a victim in someone’s little scam game this has to stop

Offers to be a beta tester for a hiking company, but just takes money monthly and you don’t receive any products. I’ve reached out to their support numerous times and have left countless reviews. To no response or cancellation. This is clearly a scam and they are fooling thousands of people.

I ordered from the website “no authorityapparel.com”. The order was confirmed on august 4, 2021. I waited a month and never received a shipment email but my bank account was charged. So I looked to contact the seller and the only way was through instant messaging on Instagram. The seller for over a span of 2 years would tell me it was due to production issues from COVID and that I would receive my order in the next shipment. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt but then I saw other customers were receiving new orders and I still didn’t receive mine. I asked for a refund and now he said he would block me if I kept bothering him about the refund. He has done this to numerous other customers because I see the comments on his “no authority apparel” instagram page of people still waiting for their orders to be delivered.

He texted me and said his name was Timothy, and said I needed to send REFUNDABLE deposit money ito see the property. Then started asking for more different payments to different people. That's when I demanded my deposit back. Their Facebook page was also contacting me at this time. They said they would return it after trying to talk me out of it for a few days. I've kept all interactions I've had with them. Finally they said they'd return my deposit.. Days later I tried to contact them both only to be blocked.

I ordered a smartwatch that was advertised to help with glucose testing for diabetes and when I received the watch I found that it was a waste of time and money , first the watch would not link ith the bluetooth on my computer so I could do things and then I found that you had to have an iso installed to be able to set up the watch. That was going to cost extra. then I was supposed to become a member of some H band for more programs for the watch and that was going to cost 50.00 per month. When you can't afford such things that was out. I even sent an email to the company at [email protected] and they have not even acknowledged my email. Then I decided that I wanted my money back so emailed them again and still receiving email saying that my emails cant be delivered to them. Then the other day I seen another add for an identical watch with a different company called Fitaos in china and they had no way to contact them as well because I figured that they were fitsenso just changing the name. Thus I figure I am out money and time.I filed a report with the federal trade commission ref.#164450515. They told me to file with you. The country they were from was Slovakia.

I ordered a scooter and at the end of the transaction it said it would email and text me the information such as my receipt and tracking #. I never received either after waiting 2 hours. I emailed the company with no response. I tried to call and there is never any answer even after waiting on hold for an hour. I sent another request and was sent an order # 12788. Went back to the website to track order and it stated that was an invalid order #. Emailed again and was given a tracking # after 10 email requests and that does tracking # states nothing. I knew then that this was a scam and thankfully my credit card company has no tolerance for this kind of activity and they have reversed the charge and cancelled that card number. This business really needs to be closed and investigated as they are taking advantage or seniors and the disabled and to me that ranks right up there with elder abuse. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I received my package and I saw that the weighted piece on the string that goes on the pulley part, looks like it was cut prior to packaging. I wanted an intact replacement piece as I do not feel it is safe to use as it is. I'm afraid it will go flying and damage something or someone as it is. I've sent NUMEROUS emails since receiving this problem 2 weeks ago to the day.

NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE! NOTHING! NADA! NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT!!!

I am not a happy customer so far. I am attaching the pictures I took to show you my worthless piece of equipment. I looked at videos online and nobody had the cut rope like I have so I know it's not supposed to be like this.

We ordered windows and doors from Lowes in Hot Springs AR. They use Summit Installations for all installs. Summit sent an incompetent guy there to do the install. The guy appeared to be unorganized and possibly intoxicated. On day 4 we asked him to leave. We have contacted Lowes and Summit several times and they seem to not care and lie about when they will call us and get this resolved.

They acted like they were a streaming service going to charge me $1 to stream a game. I received an email after putting in my card info and they said that they will charge me $59.99 monthly and I was never even able to watch the game. I went to google and searched their website and the reviews say it is a scam and happened to many other people.

Found "ammo depot Canada" and the ammo I want to buy. Sent e-transfer and received no communication since. I have been ripped off for $179.96cad Researched and found you already have them listed in MA USA under https://ammodepotma.com/ and there are lots of complaints.

I discovered the website and they were a clothing website. I purchased quite a few items and waited for my products to arrive. After about a week I emailed the customer service email and asked when my order would arrive. The service email replied and said that once my order was shipped out, I would receive an email with a tracker. After about another week, I tried to go back to the website to get the service email again and the website said unavailable or couldn't be reached. Overall, I lost money and I did type my credit card info and my address into the website and did not receive my order obviously. The website is a total scam.

I went to purchase ammunition through the company website as it felt like a normal e-commerce transaction until I went to check out. To purchase ammunition in Canada, you need to provide proof of your PAL (firearm license) and usually register with the site for proof of identification. Upon checking out, this information was not asked, just my name/address/phone/email. I was then directed to pay via e-transfer to a personal gmail email address. I did not send the money and told them to cancel the order.

Floral Secrets advertises on facebook selling one kind of bra. I bought a bra using PayPal. I got the bra - it was way too small, but that isn't the issue I am complaining about. A month later I got a charge from Nymbus LLC (floral secrets) for $34.71 on July 16th, then again for the same amount on Aug 20th. I just noticed today (Aug 21st) that they have been charging me. Apparently I am signed up for their "VIP benefits" which I absolutely did not do at all. Apparently, buying one bra makes you part of their "VIP benefits" automatically. This is not made clear at all. There is no mention that signing up for "VIP benefits" -- which I did not do -- will cost $34.71 USD a month. All I did was buy one bra. I didn't sign up for any kind of membership or subscription. They do not tell you this. It is SHOWN it as if they are just selling you a bra as a one-time purchase, but they are secretly signing you up for "VIP benefits" at the same time and will charge you $34.71 monthly. It is clear they just use the selling of bras (only ONE type of bra, might I add) as a cover just to to get access to people's payment information in order to charge them monthly for "VIP benefits" that the customer didn't actually sign up for, hoping they won't notice. Paypal so far has been of no help with dealing with this company or getting a refund.

This is a store that is advertised on instagram named Club de Présage. There are two store pages under the same name. They use bots to increase engagement on their page to make it seem like people are interested in their products. I like many others was interested in thier products and made a purchase, that was 2 months ago. I have reached out to their info email demanding for an update as they never sent any shipping info. They replied back saying oh they shipped it months ago but never bothered to send me any required information. Then to insult my intelligence even further they send me a fake tracking number for DHL. I've had items delivered by DHL before and compared other tracking numbers to the one sent because I knew it looked off. What do you know its not real. So, I reported it with my bank and am now reporting this business through the proper channels. I looked through instagram comments there were many people that have been scammed by this business as well it wasn't apparent before as they were hiding comments. So far I know they operate out of Germany.

Beware with who you allow control over your money. No matter how much was spent, it is still your hard earned money.
