I saw a gardening tool on Facebook under the company name of Jess Garden. It's a weeding tool that had great reviews so I ordered it through my debit card. Total amount was $56.85. I ordered this on May 22, 2023. My order number is JG5431N. I received a confirmation of my order and said to be sending me the tracking number. I never received a tracking number but when I called the number of the company to ask about my tracking number I was told it had shipped but they didn't have a tracking number for it!! I asked if they would give me a refund since I haven't received my order. They refused to refund because the order had been shipped, supposedly. I now believe this is not a reputable company but that they're scamming people instead......

I was given a tracker number at first the order had taken 45days to be recieved i didnt recieve my order n contacted the seller i was told to check with carrier which i did gave tracking information a few days later i was contacted n was told i wasnt getting a refund but will send order out again waited another 21days no tesponse emailed again was given a new tracking number with a free gift for my parience havent recieved th ed items it has been a few days now.

I have a dropshipping business and added Spocket as one of the Platforms to connect with suppliers and their products. A customer placed an order through my website and I in turn had to pay the supplier on Spocket to have the item shipped to the customer. The customer made the payment on 6/17, I paid the vendor on 6/18 and received an email claiming the item had been shipped on 6/20. To this day which is currently 6/26, the tracking information never updated. It still states that only a shipping label has been created and this is with the carrier UPS. When I contacted UPS they stated that they are not in possession of the item. I then contacted Spocket to try to reach the supplier. They stated that I have to be on a pro plan which is just paying them more money to be able to message suppliers. I was then told that even if I am on the pro plan the supplier still may not be able to be messaged. I am now going to have to come out of pocket to refund the customer because Spocket and Spocket’s supplier scammed me out of $110.60.

They are targeting Auto Trader car sales. The initial contact is made through a text message asking you to buy a VIN verification report before they come to look at the car. And they supplied a link to the website where you can purchase this report. It is a 100% scam they claim at the bottom of their page is PayPal protected, but once you click on pay for the report it shows PayPal but then asks you for your credit card. PayPal never does that type of transaction. And once you pay for the information they send you a report that they hijack all of the information from Auto Trader. This is their website and it is still active (https://www.vinfactslookup.com/)

I made an order to the company on May 23rd, for $23.31. Order Confirmation 202305231444451521228140000. I have checked on the link Track678 that was sent to me for with tracking the package #HYD1100040125QN. According to this link, it is saying that the package was delivered on 6/20. I have checked with the post office and they said no such package arrived for my post office lock box. This delivery information is false information. As I did not receive what I ordered, either the company is a fraudulent company or the Track678 is a fraudulent company. I have written to the company via email to demand my money back but have no response.

Charged me $398 a month for 3 months next day no phone number to discuss. I lost a total of $298.00. They have a website but reduced to $129 will not refund, have not used product

Asked to reduce as teacher to the other price responded and then blocked the email [email protected] No other response

I ordered the product. The company accepted my credit card and my credit card company charged me the money. Then, I emailed the company to tell them I did not want the product, as I read reviews about the company. They told me there is no record of my order, even though I used the order number they provided for me. I attempted to cancel the charge on my credit card, but my bank would no allow me to do so. I have emailed the company 3 times, but have not received the product. This was early May. I emailed again yesterday but they have not responded.

I was on internet saw add from jayneer for Fadora hats for 6.99 a hat ordered 50 dollars worth. Got confirmation email and tracking number . Got updates took about thirty days till it said that items were delivered by usps at 9 47pm. I new this was wrong because package was not received and usps don't deliver that late at night. Went to post office in area for my address. I was told they had no tracking that existed for my package. I made a formal complaint to jayneer.com. They replied that they delivered the package and logistics could not do anything to refund my money. They would send package again and that i should sign for it the next time.

On May 6, 2023 I placed an order online and was given an order #45675. On 5/8/23-A shipment was on the way. On 5/10/23- Shipment on the way-Trackin* *******************. On 5/19/23-While tracking the order discovered it was coming from China. The website doesn't state the product was made in China, another email on this day, stating order was out for delivery. Then states it was delivered. No package came. On 5/24/23 I sent an email asking for the package. Then **** **** sent an email with a 30 digit tracking # ************************************ that said I should check with USPS which I did. The # could not be confirmed. The package was never supposed to go to USPS. It was supposed to go to the UPS office. I checked with both offices. Neither of them had either of these tracking #'s. On 5/31/23 I sent another email asking for my package. Then on June 1, 2023 I started requesting my refund. I requested my refund through email on the following dates, 6/2, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6, 6/7, 6/8, 6/9, & 6/10/23. After a while they didn't even respond to me anymore. I called the phone # several times and it is only a voicemail where I left multiple messages with no response. There are multiple websites with this company name. The AD was posted on TikTok. They have many fake reviews in which you can tell the photos are taken in the same place. They say to email support. Did so, and heard nothing back after 1 month

I saw an ad on Facebook about a special clearance sale on Marshall Online. I found something I liked ordered it and it was never delivered. When I tried to use the tracking number and told me that no such number existed.

Hello. I was at this website, Exlians, clamming to sell lawn equipment and other items. I was trying to buy a riding lawn mower. I saw one I wanted to buy and proceeded through the website to make the purchase. When I confirmed that I wanted to buy the lawn mower the website popped up a message thanking me for my donation... I was using PayPal to pay for the mower. The money was taken out of my account as a, "donation". The money is gone now and I did not receive a confirmation email from the, "company" and I just gave them a good sum of money that turned out not to be for the lawn mower I thought I was purchasing.

On my PayPal account the charge was labeled "Direct Relief" and recorded as a donation. I went to the website and tried to call the company and email them but all attempts failed because it seems all the numbers and e-mail addresses are phony. Very deceptive practices and 100% a scam!

Once order was received it was smaller than ordered and material was barbie doll like material. I immediately contacted via email as this was the return/refund process. After 48 hours no response. I began looking online for a customer service phone number and came across a number listed in some online reviews that mentioned they had received their refund after calling this number 803 766 0425. A man answered and knew all the order information, he asked .e to get on my laptop so he could send a link for me to begin processing my return. It sounded suspicious and I said said so but he reassured me this was the only way to get my money back. After a moment my computer screen went black and I no longer had control of my computer. I'm telling him I can't enter anything and he's saying it will only be a moment. During this time I received a fraud alert from my credit card company that several purchases were being attempted at several vendors and I began telling him he's stealing from me. I hung up and turned off my computer. A few minutes later I turned it back on and still the same black screen with the mouse moving around and this man calls me back and I tell him to remove that link. There were charges for vidaplay, the program was called TEAM PLAY he put on my laptop. He attempted charges at Xbox, Target.com Best Buy. All my cards were shut down and I had to call many others to place alerts. I unplugged my wifi and attempted to get on my laptop but the password has been changed. My income tax returns were stored in my laptop as well as my financial information. The laptop is now rendered useless and I have to purchase another one.

Ordered a product after seeing an advertisement on social media. Hours later I realized it was a scam and tried cancelling my order. I emailed the “company” asking them to cancel my order. I also called a phone number the credit card company gave me when I tried to cancel the transaction. They representative from the so called company refused to cancel my order even though I had placed the order only a few hours before.
