I paid upfront for year worth subscription and they stopped sending the monthly package after only 2 months in to the year. They have not responded to emails and their phone number does not work. They have not responded to numerous people with similar complaints on their social media pages either.

Pool table was on Facebook marketplace . There were lots I’d reviews and pictures. Confirmation email. Even responding to my email asking where it was and sending me a email stating it’s been shipped with a tracking number

I ordered a Foldable Treadmill on sale during Boughloaf's "Flash sale ? Limited Stock ??" online sale. After waiting 14 days for shipping, I receive a "Silk Scarf". This is clearly a scam. The original tracking label from China was covered by a USPS label. They gave me a no deliverable mailing address to send scarf back and they refuse to send me a shipping label. They are refusing my 100% refund request and we keep going back and forth. They admited the mistake was their fault but they refuse to refund me ALL my money. They also gave away my card number and other scammer started charging my card. Web page disappeared last month (error 404) but now it's back with a new company name. The web link send you to the same item, same page but they changed the company name to Balladrock.

I purchased a handmade silicone Reborn Doll from Joanna Kazmierzakpietka through Facebook messenger for $800. Lucille #2 was being sent out of Fort Collins Colorado to my address arriving 2-3day from 3/27/23@6:30pm. I received an email from Express Post Mail @6:31pm day of delivery saying I needed to pay an insurance fee of $750 in order for them to sterilize and finish the process for delivery that this was part of their protocol due to COVID-19. I reached out to Joanna through messenger, she replied I will take care of this I promise you everything will be okay. I continued to get the emails from Express Post Mail requesting money. I reached out once again to Miss Joanna Kazmierzakpietka only to have her say I don't know what to tell you I guess you're going to have to pay. I at that moment request my $800 back from her. Didn't get response so after few minutes I replied with ??. At which point my message did not go through. Said no Facebook messenger existed anymore. I reported Express Post Mail fraud to ScamPulse.com but now I need to report her. I called Cash App to report her fraudulent charges and tried to get my money back representative said I had to go through BBB. So here I am please help me out this doll was for my granddaughter who lost her brother 2yrs ago & has had nightmares since. I also told this to Joanna right before she ghosted me.

- Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Scammer offered discounted Lucchese cowboy boots. Advertisement for their website was originally through Facebook and I received the link from my father in law.

- Pittsburgh, PA, USA

I ordered a product online, the product was never delivered and said "returned to sender" when I contacted the company to find out what happened, it turns out they do not have a phone number, or functioning email address. I tried to file a complaint and there is nowhere to post a comment to warn others. I tried using their chat feature to reach someone and no one answered. When I pretended to be someone else the chat service answered right away. They never responded to my emails and have since blocked my email or their email does not work because all email correspondence bounces. There is no identifiable information on the website to hold them accountable.

- Estero, FL, USA

Facebook ad featuring large cardboard flower cards. Special limited time pricing.

- Duncan, OK, USA

Was for a vin history report for $1. Then charged $29.95 out of Florida, next day $4.95 from Kentucky. Caught the charges and canceled the card, and attempting to dispute.

Facebook Marketplace for a chair that folded out to bed. The name of the site was ASIASITEVISIT.. the site showed a picture of Home Depot it also had ScamPulse.com on it there were several other things that made it believable. As soon as I ordered it I showed my son and he said you have just been scammed so I immediately called the number and of course the number is not a working number they sent to me an email and I sent them an email back asking for a phone number which they never answered. I called my debit card holder and they blocked them so they cannot take any more money from me but I'm afraid that they could change their name and take more money. Please stop these sites that are on Facebook Marketplace. Older people are more susceptible to being scammed and me being older that's just what happened. And I know it doesn't look like a lot of money but when you live on a fixed income and need that it is a lot of money.

Rough cut gemstones like citrine that is low in quality being sold for over a thousand dollars that is around 2 inches long by half an in wide. You find these low quality gemstones for 10 dollars at best at stores, the metaphysical shops will only sell these items for 30 dollars at best. So this is a matter of gouging and yes this is another scam too by preying on those who are niave and ignorant of what gemstone costs sell for.

- Kirkland, WA, USA

First of all they say they need an order of $164 or more to make the order. I wish I would have taken that as a warning sign.

They only take Zelle payments which I found strange.

You can't contact them via phone and there is no address for the "store".

After they get your money they pass you on to the shipper:

newjerseylogistics.org (.org ?)

The shipper claims your order is on hold and they need $300 to "insure" the delivery of your order. They also claim that after delivery they will return your $300.

I bailed at this point.

Repeated emails with them got me nowhere and I started to notice the bad English in their writing which alerted

me further.

Attempts to get refunded my money has them constantly telling me to contact the shipper.

- Tampa, FL, USA

They were selling Morgan silver dollars for 19.99 and in the ad they showed that they were accredited by the BBB. The 1878 coin they were selling sell for $40-$100 normally.

Scammer messaged me about buying something I was selling through Facebook marketplace and wanted to use Zelle. He said he sent me $350. I got an email saying to request an additional $300 from him to expand my Zelle account to a business account so I could receive the funds. I received another email saying to send him $300 through my Zelle account and screenshot the proof so that I could receive my funds. My Zelle account was put on hold then I had to contact my bank.

- Rincon, GA, USA

The purchase was for Foldable Storage Bins. I was given a tracking number but the packaged was not received by the carrier. When asked when I should receive the items, they stated 10-25 business days. It has been 35 business days so I disputed the transaction with my credit card company after trying to reach the seller again. The website is also no longer loads.

- Oklahoma City, OK, USA

Targeted via Social Media, Website looked legit and was set up around Holiday Timeframe. Personal Address and Credit Card information was obtained. Transaction shows it went through. The Products showed they were coming out of a Factory in Wuhan according to the Tracking. Multiple Email correspondence was exchanged from the below Email Addresses:

[email protected]

- Lake City, FL, USA

He offered to sell me some art work and when it was supposed to be shipped it got put on hold

- Scranton, PA, USA

She canceled some orders on 10/1/22 and said within 2-3 weeks she would refund! Never refunded and ended up filing charge backs with mostly sezzle for over 60 transactions of pre ordered shoes right before end of year. Sezzle opened disputes against her right around 1/4/23. But I’m out shoes I returned to her that I paid cash for and she gave me gift cards. I used them on pre order shoes and she never even produced these shoes from the China manufacturer that she owes her, Sandy, over 500k! So the monkey feet owner just vanished and won’t refund or respond to emails
