They posted a Yamaha piano for fee on Fb marketplace and an elaborate scam where the seller told me to contact her sister via email and her sister coorborated the story but once I contacted the moving company they wanted payment upfront and I decided to research a little further and noticed that other people talked about the exact same scam! I s thankfully didn’t send any money.

My sister told me about you, and I would really love to give it to you. I have told her to take it off from the market place since you are interested in taking it…. The Yamaha Piano used to be owned and played by my husband who is now deceased and it was last tuned in December before he passed away. I'm almost done moving my properties and I don't think my husband will be happy if I sell his piano, at the same time I'm not happy seeing it around because of less storage I have in my new house so I'm hoping to give it out to someone who is a passionate lover of the instrument. It's currently with the movers I hired to move my properties from my house.. if you really don't mind making new arrangements with the movers, I can attempt to get in touch with them. This should not attract too many charges since the distance can be recovered within a day..I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but do let me know if you wish that I get through to the movers. Just so you know I'm not giving out a scrap or a waste, it’s in immaculate condition.

I thought i was ordering 1 bottle of Activgenix for $39.99. Thats all that i was authorizing my debit card for and when i competed my order i went to my online banking they had taken $239.99 and $59.99 out of my bank account so i immediately called tis #1-866-238-7166 and they told me that i had ordered a bundle of 6 bottles of Activgenix for $239.99 amd a bottle of CBD oil for $59.99. I told them that i had only ordered one bottle for $39.99 and did not order any CBD oil and that i wanted to cancel this order. She told me that she couldnt cancel this order, so i asked to speak with her supervisor n she said she didnt have a supervisor n that she could refund half of my money $149.99. I said no i want all my money refunded. She couldnt do that. So i hung up and called back and talked to another person who basically said the same thing n i told her i wanted of my money refunded that i didn't order all that stuff n i wanted to speak with her supervisor. She didn't have one eitherbut gave me an email of [email protected]. asked for her boss and she hung up on me. So i emailed them n they told me that i ordered a bundle n oil n i told them i didn't, that i only ordered one item for $39.99 . They told me they would refund half of my money $149.99, i told them to charge me $39.99 or to refund all of my money. They never responed to that email. They never refunded any money to my account. I did receive a box with 6 bottles of Activgenix gummiea n 2 CBD oils in it 6 days later with no instructions on how i can return them. I have gone to my bank and filed a dispute on the two transactions. Maybe they will get back in touch with me then.

The initial email was from ********************. Subsequent emails came from ********************** When I didn't receive the order and the tracking info they sent said delivered I emailed the company and they said it was in transit. I emailed again stating the info said delivered and they said it was lost in transit and they would look into it. I asked for a refund and they said all sales are final but the website says the opposite. I asked for the name of the shipping company they used to contact them myself and they would not give me the information. Today they said the order is in transit and sent no information (tracking number) to back up their statement. The original tracking info does not show a shipping company.

Similar to other people experienced, same sister, dead husband and Yamaha piano. Found this site by searching the movers company name. Didn't go forward .

I have hired the company to build me multiple projects

They have an official company and now they blocked me and removed all messages

I ordered the product off of the website and placed the order I got order confirmation and order number they told me I should receive product in a time frame and never received the items. I tried numerous times to contact the company through email and never was contacted back.

I placed on order online from Christmas Promotion Discount Stores. Received an order acknowledgement from another company name. Went to track my order and it stated my order doesn't exist and that I couldn't log into my online order account. Realized after checking my statement that they charged more than the order and another another name of Baden Design. I contacted them by email. No reply. Tried again a week later to request cancellation and refund of money, and email no longer valid. Phone # listed is not in service. Reporting today to my credit card provider.

I had purchased a hoodie for my boyfriend before Christmas and the expected delivery was 1-2 week and I never received my package. I’ve tried to get in touch with the company and or get a refund and have not heard back. Many other people have complaints of being scammed by this website as well.

I purchased a Measuring Sight 3-In-1 Infrared Laser Tape Measure (Imperial & Metric) on December 3, 2023 with Express shipping 7-12 days and have not received it. I've emailed the company multiple times and tracking shows that it's been at the Port of Los Angeles since January 1st with no further updates. I've requested a full refund and nothing so far. Customer service is a joke and you can't speak to a real person. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Went on this website to buy the companies product. They had the sight set up with a lot of detail. Displays of products, categories, filters, policies, shipping information, refund information, everything that one would see on a normal selling website. All button functions were good and it stated that no charge would be made to your credit card until the items were shipped. However, this was not the case, as soon as I placed the order my credit card was charged, however I did have a pending order number in my account. This immediate charge had me nervous. So I then went to the contact area and noticed that there was no contact number listed but to contact via email. I left an email and waited 2 days, no communication occurred. Went to check daily and my order is still pending, left another email, nothing. On the 3 day my visa was used in the amount of 652.53 at a store I do not use. I called the credit card company and there is a fraudulent case open on this company and the charged that occurred on my card for the 652.53. My card is reported stolen and closed right after this charge and they are now including this website and the charge by this company as a scam and the website as a scam.

I called about a product to get more information. I then purchased snow blower from their website. After multiple follow up calls as I didn’t receive tracking or information on the sale i became worried. Kept calling and said they would call me back. Now no one picks up and no products were ever coming. Completely scammed.

I thought I was actually on The Bay website buying Mugs on sale. However, after I made the payment the customer service email was weird along with payment made by Moonbapay. I had never heard of that. They also billed me 75.14 but my credit card had $86 missing from it.

I bought a pair of shoes in October 2023. It's January 2024 and I;ve never recieved them. They tell me they were delivered but they can;t give me any information about the delivery. They tell me to contact LSP who delivered them. I can' t find any information of a delivery company named LSP. They just tell me it;s a delivery service. I've contacted them several times and they give me no helpful information.

I ordered a winter jacket on Nov 12/2023. It said it would take 8-12 days to ship. I inquired on Nov 22 where the jacket was. I received an email from Cecilia Johnson saying that my jacket had shipped from Paris and it’s on its way. She sent me a link that I could track my jacket in real time from “ Europe Express” it did say it was shipped and had went through customs in New York and made its way to Canada. This was Dec 12/2023. I have not seen anything since, nor can I access the website to track. It says “server not found “. I do have a copy of my order number and the tracking number she gave me. I have emailed several times since Dec 12 and I have heard nothing back. There is not a phone number to contact. I will be calling **** to report as well.

They promised an easy return with a full refund. They will not give address for return or even ok a return even with shoes still in original packaging. False advertising! Cheap product. Did not identify themselves as being in China. Only found that out through my credit card company.
