Website is fraudulent. Items never delivered and used fake tracking docs to try to show they were delivered by some “private courier.” Initially said they would only refund $20 after second failed delivery. Asked for full amount and they said ok but it would take $25 days to process. After $25 days no money has been refunded. Submitted to my credit card for dispute.

I saw a Wayfair advertisement for a coffee table and when I clicked on it I ordered it. With tax 56.97 It was not Wayfair it was a charge on our CC for that amount company name Romoryxmsusd. I will file a dispute with my bank.

Placed an order with Voxia through Shopify and product was never received. Shopify was impossible to get in touch with and Voxia never responded. Now Shopify has told me it is basically my problem not theirs. Shopify told me to wait until 30 days had passed since expected receipt date to escalate my complaint. Now it is past the 60 days my bank requires for fraud notification.

Tried to buy a minature pinscher, initial cost was $650 plus $150 for shipping sent half $350, supposedly she took dog to secure shipment for delivery to me. They contacted me for$699 for climate controlled crate, which was to be refunded upon delivery. Paid that then got another email they needed additional $599 for pet insurance. At that point I said enough and demanded a refund as of yet have not gotten it

I tried to purchase an item 3 weeks ago. I never got an email confirmation. They charged my account 4 times. I contacted themy credit card company and they said it's a fraudulent company. I had to close out my account due to recurring charges from Pollominate. On my statement it appears as AIYTECH WANCHAI and there is no location or phone number affiliated with this merchant.

I made a purchase through the company called Shein and they use speed X as their delivery carrier. I placed my order with Sheehan on January 9, 2025 and on January 15 I receive a notification stating that my package was shipped on January 15. I checked my status and it’s still pending shipping and that it will eventually reach to Miami Florida on January 15 at stated my estimated delivery date will be January 16. I contacted Sheehan and let them know that there are some discrepancies with their shipping tracking that they have on their site and the tracking on speed X site on January 17, 2025 I get a notification that speed act stating we’re sorry a recent delivery attempt was unsuccessful and they tried to make this. It was returned to the distribution center at 5 AM. this company stated they tried to attempt to deliver at 5 AM. However, my address is a very easy address to get to. There is no information on their website to contact them and see if I could see what is going on with my package.

StrapSmart advertised the retractable ratchet straps. I order $70 worth for my husband for Christmas. They didn’t come until January 16. They aren’t retractable as advertised. They’re simply plain, manual ratchet straps which are no where near $70. I can’t find the companies phone number as it looks like they’re trying to delete their website

I ordered a project online and I paid for it with my Cash App card and they told me I will have a tracking number within within three days and this is already been like 12 days and I still don’t have a tracking number and every time I try to track the package it says cannot be found. I emailed them. I get no response.
