I made a purchase through the company called Shein and they use speed X as their delivery carrier. I placed my order with Sheehan on January 9, 2025 and on January 15 I receive a notification stating that my package was shipped on January 15. I checked my status and it’s still pending shipping and that it will eventually reach to Miami Florida on January 15 at stated my estimated delivery date will be January 16. I contacted Sheehan and let them know that there are some discrepancies with their shipping tracking that they have on their site and the tracking on speed X site on January 17, 2025 I get a notification that speed act stating we’re sorry a recent delivery attempt was unsuccessful and they tried to make this. It was returned to the distribution center at 5 AM. this company stated they tried to attempt to deliver at 5 AM. However, my address is a very easy address to get to. There is no information on their website to contact them and see if I could see what is going on with my package.

StrapSmart advertised the retractable ratchet straps. I order $70 worth for my husband for Christmas. They didn’t come until January 16. They aren’t retractable as advertised. They’re simply plain, manual ratchet straps which are no where near $70. I can’t find the companies phone number as it looks like they’re trying to delete their website

I ordered a project online and I paid for it with my Cash App card and they told me I will have a tracking number within within three days and this is already been like 12 days and I still don’t have a tracking number and every time I try to track the package it says cannot be found. I emailed them. I get no response.

I saw a dog I was interested in and I was sent a email and I was informed that the the dog was $500.00 and she needed to $250.00 to ship it. So after I told her that was fine. She said to do a venmo and send it to Alexander Fatey. I sent a the money to him. The lade informed me that the dog would be shipped out to tomorrow. Then I received a email that I needed to pay more money in order for the dog to be shipped So, I reached out to the lady. I started calling her back and I even reached out to the Insurance company and that name is Alley Stranmark and all I got was a text message stating that they could not ship out my dog if I did not send $650.00. (Pet nanny is who I received the text message from) I spent $771.00.

Thought I was on the Wayfair website on Facebook. Made a purchase and left the site, once back on Facebook feed, I couldn't find the website again. I left Facebook and went to the Way Fair website online. The real Way Fair logo has two colors, the fake site had one color in its logo. They had no record of my purchase, I knew I had been scammed. My credit card was charged for the amount of the purchase I had made, but no other money was taken.

I had been looking online on Facebook or FB Marketplace for a pantry cabinet. I found one that I liked and bought it at a "too good to be true" price. I thought it strange that I did not get any confirmation of a purchase on email. I later found a withdrawal from my debit card for $45.99 paid to "ROMORYWSUSD STERLING COUS".

Honey and pine, scam! I made my payment and never received the makeup. Then they took another payment at an even higher amount. I've had to get a new credit card and report them. Oh, and their phone number is not real either.

She claimed to be an authorized dealer of Ruffland Kennels, and had a webpage for sales. When I contacted the company I was told she is a scammer. I'm out $460.00.

Several orders went to a non existent address from September 2024 up to December 2024 .Auto fill used at many retailers but this the only company that doesn't provide street address as a option to change.The Atlanta Post office is nationally known for delivering 3-4 months late anyway besides wait on customs.

Big Lots is closing stores in our area and an ad popped up on Facebook for their clearance. I am a registered Big Lots! consumer. I ordered items and was supposed to get an email confirmation. As soon as the charge hit the bank I was notified of possible suspicion. I never received a confirmation, and I can't find the ad again. I have no information from the seller.

The scammer created an ad on TikTok of a "flash sale" for Pandora charm bracelets. I clicked on the link, and the website looked reliable, so I continued purchasing. I realized it was a scam when I tried to return to the shopping page, and the website was gone. The ad on TikTok disappeared as well. So I figured maybe I had a confirmation email for my order with tracking details. I never got an email or a receipt. This took place a week ago and I still have no new information.

Thought I was on a Wayfair website. Everything looked exactly the same but it was a 90% off sale for just the items I had been looking for. It was late around 9pm, so I guess I was tired, but got excited about buying a new dresser for my room. I followed the usual wayfair prompts, thought I had logged into my account. Today, I was looking for the confirmation and never got it. Then I started googling the identification of the the payee. It was ROMORYMSUSD and I found several reports of scams for this id. Will be calling my bank to confirm no other chargest allowed.

The same as the other person reporting this fraud...I did not get a confirmation email of the order from wayfair, when the order was long overdue to arrive, I contacted my credit card company and found out the order was billed by romorywwSUSD.

I bought one bottle of a supplement from Kratos Organic beginning of December 2024. I did not receive that bottle and was automatically signed up, without my knowing, for a subscription. I was also charged for another bottle in January. They are $30.99 per bottle. I have yet to receive one bottle. I inquired on their website and received no response.
