There was a charge to my bank account far $300 and it said it was made by SAS of Rutherford New Jersey. I had never heard of them and there were not any other charges on my account for them so I have been looking them up online . I found nothing. This online storefront was offering discounted Life Is Good mdse at what I presumed to be discontinued/close-out prices. Knowing that reputable stores carry multiple name brand items, I was aware that I was not shopping the actual Life Is Good website.

First red flag was having trouble placing the order.

Second red flag was that this site offered 2-day shipping which turned into weeks, then when it was supposedly delivered, it never arrived. I contacted the company and was told that it was delivered. I confirmed my address with them.

Third red flag was when reading that the tracking stated it was delivered in the mailbox. There was no way my 26 item order of XL shirts, pants, shorts, and a tote bag would have fit into our mailbox. The company put me on hold to check the delivery status from their end and "was told" that the package was delivered in person. Why did my delivery confirmation state that it was in the mailbox? I assured them that it was not delivered to my address, let alone handed to someone in person, so they offered to re-ship.

Fourth red flag - Already angry with myself for feeling like I'd fallen victim to a scam, I demanded a refund. They wasted much of my time with multiple emails trying to barter a minimal refund while re-shipping the products. I insisted on a full refund. After over a month of emails, they conceded, saying that it would take 15-25 working days to receive the refund. The refund should have been in my bank by 9/26/24. It is now 10/22/24 and there has been no refund.

Fifth red flag - all tracking information from the shipper has disappeared from their website

Sixth red flag - all order information has disappeared from the seller's website. I only have my emails showing what I ordered. I just can't confirm it on their website as it is non-existent.

Seventh red flag - I should have canceled the order when I saw the payment come through as PAGINSIVEMALLFASHION but the emails were from [email protected].

The scammer used the name of a legitimate company Nightmare Toys and was offering merchandise at clearance prices (tees and hoodies). They advertised on Facebook. They claimed it was delivered. It wasn't. I'm not the only one scammed.

Keep calling me saying I had a cash advance 7 yrs ago and that never happened. I've spoken to "Michelle" and first she said I was receiving money and then she stated I owe 700 which when I called again went down to 525. It's a SCAM!! BEWARE!!

Business advertised on Facebook that they sold truck parts. They were contacted and two trucks beds were purchased. Then we paid for them to be delivered and they never were and now have blocked us on all communication.

I paid them $250 to finish a task. It got approved. Could not remember my login password to with draw my profit, had them reset my password. After awhile i remembered my password but otvwas to late they had already requested a password reset and in order for me to get in my account i have to pay a $304 activation fee. I can not do that at all.

Purchasing item through eBay, seller racersproquip sold me part that registered predator 212 hemi, seller than after I brought it to his attention also trying to meet him in the middle in a positive way by saying perhaps the manufactured measurements were off by .05 mil causing damage to my engine. Seller change description of item from predator to 212 hemi to predator 212 hemi only. Seller also change return policy mid conversation.

Seller then begin to really abuse me by saying I didn't know what I was doing. I have screenshots of the part that seller sold to me before he changed description his name was Payne.

I ordered a Ninja Smoker barbeque cart. I received false tracking information for 2 weeks, then got a garbage piece of costume jewelry. Couldn't reach scammer to refund my money - website was shut down.

Downloaded a Bingo game app from Google Play, had earned $500 and was prompted to pay $7.99 for processing and $14.99 for US Taxes. A couple of days later still no funds, then app prompted me to pay additional funds to be moved to the head of the line. In the meantime my % for processing kept dropping lower and lower. I had emailed a few times from the app but later discovered none of my emails hit my account. I tried to contact but no success. Then the game app had a virus that impacted my phone. I had to delete the app and run antivirus software. I went back to Google Play to see if I could find the app but no luck. It was a Bingo App produced by Seenerray technology (hk) limited.

August of 2023 Went online and found a RV that appeared in the Pictures to be in amazing shape, Won the Auction for $32000.00 Called Repowise and spoke with MIKE JOHNSON, He urged me to wire the money right away claiming he has others that want the RV and if I do not sent the funds right away he would sell it to them. I wired the funds om a Wednesday, Was told by this Mike that I could come to PA where the RV is located at the following day. The address he gave me was a Fake Address, It took me 3 days attempting to contact this Mike and he never answered my Number. I finally got a Call from a guy who claimed he was the REPO man and could meet me on Tuesday the following week and give me the RV. I went to Hershey PA to pick up the RV and called this REPO GUY (Mike Avonce) all day Tuesday and around 6pm on Tuesday this Mike Avonce called me and said he was with the RV and was Supposingly filling it up with Fuel and now it will not start, He gave me the location of the RV and I went to see it and not only was it not running but Was FULL of MOLD and roof completely missing with about 4 inches of water inside. This Mike Avonce said the he spoke with Mike Johnson and he said he would pay to get the RV back Running, At this time I demanded a total refund because the RV listed on Auctiontime is not the RV I am looking at. He said they would call the bank and see what they say??? End Result is I had to Pay $8000 to get the RV Running just to get it back to TN and as of today 10/18/2024 I still do not have a title and the Mileage on the RV is 100000 more miles that was advised on Auction Times auction listing that this Repowise posted. After digging I discovered that a car lot in Pataskala OH called Powerhouse Auto LTD is involved with Repowise, Also Allsouthern Cars in Pataskala OH is also involved. Attorney General in Ohio is Involved but I believe I am going to have to file Suit against all parties involved. If anyone got taken by Repowise, Allsouthern cars or Powerhouse Auto please email me @ [email protected]

Subscription cancelled 4 years ago, suddenly reactivated without permission and credit card on file expired but still charged. They are not responding to request to cancel and are attempting to charge again this month. Fraudulent scam company that needs to be investigated and sued for this illegal behavior.
