Online Purchase Reports & Reviews – Page 174 (3635)

This company offers products online on discounted price. If you directly go to the web site you won't even find that product. The address show they are located at " 12666 Pensador Dr , Colorado Springs, CO 80921" and they have a phone number listed a well. So the customer thinks this is legit company. When you place an order, they allow to track your package online on their web site. This tracking information is for a letter rather then for a package. You can tell that because when you see the weight of the pactage it is less then 0.1lb and even the package or the letter is also addressed to someone else. SO it looks like this person spoofs a tracking number form a Chinese packaging company and share it with the customer make them believe the package is on its way. Which in fact is someone else package. Total fraud. Please take down this web site ASAP or else many other people will be robed. There are other people complaining about them as well.

Purchased item online, was notified a week later that the part was on back order, cancelled order and never received refund. No response from company after many inquiries and requests for refund. Others have had the same experience recently. Stay away...

Ordered a portable dishwasher on Sept 26th 2022. Just randomly popped up during search. Have reached out to the company never sent tracking number [email protected] and no one responded. Now the website no longer works, I believe I was scammed.

Facebook ad for kaleidoscopes. Buy 3=$79.99. They are going to charge $239.97.

I caught it.

How many others don’t?

I placed an order at this website on September 27th thinking it was a part of the Brooks Running Store. I received an email that my order had been received and they gave me an order number. On September 29th I received a message stating that the order had shipped and they gave me a tracking number. When I tried the tracking link, it showed the package originated in China.

Order No: **** Tracking Number:*****************

delivery company:https://www.17track.net/en

I have tracked it several times and it does not appear that it has moved. I have tried sending an email to the address that sent me the notifications, but I always receive an error message that it is not a valid email or does not accept incoming mail.

I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover my $ but wondered if others had experienced this with this website.

Thank you

There's no way to cancel or return items. They do have a page on the website that talks about return orders but the link is broken and leads to a blank page. So you can't cancel or return any items. They don't respond to messages or emails. Most people online never get their orders.

Ordered from them in June 2022. Never received order or refund. Have sent many emails, DMs, etc with no response. It seems they've done this to 100s maybe 1000s of people.

Recently fell for a self-help scam app: it is called SENSA (app store, google play store)

Basically how it works is they charge ~$80(varies by currency) for 6 months (78 "lessons", plus 13 summary lessons= the 91 "so-called" lessons)

Each week is a different topic starting with the topic they convinced the the app was for:

Ie IF they sell it as an ADHD app then they will put the 6 ADHD lessons first.

IF they sell it as a procrastination app they put the PROCRASTINATION lessons first...

Etc etc etc. ...maximizing the way they can scam on many different problems people deal with by ordering them differently placing the topic they sold you on first!

None of the info is even helpful

To avoid refund requests they only let you access 1 lesson a day... So they hope you hold on waiting for helpful info to actually start while the 14 day refund time expires!

By the time you realize that the lessons will NEVER again be relevant to what you bought it for, it is too late.

And the lessons are supposed to be "10 -20 minutes" but are about a 15 second -2 minute read MAX depending on the lesson.

The ads target different mental and personality habits... preys on people who are struggling and then doesn't even stay on that topic as you would assume by their marketing.

They claim it is custom to you... Yes it is as they arrange it to scam different needs by different people.

These people sell you products they have no intention of delivering and no intention of issuing a refund. Have filed complaints with multiple agencies and no luck. They lied to the ScamPulse.com about issuing a refund. Do a ScamPulse.com search on this company for co.plaints filed and you will see their motive. Someone needs to shut these fraudsters down.

They get you to book a service line flat tire change etc.

They make you pay upfront then charge a $50 deposit along with the service.

They text and say they’re coming to help a stranded motorist . They give a time frame. They keep texting and changing the time. No one answers the phone and it is not easy to find a customer service email . You can’t cancel.

I waited 4 hours for help while the texts came in pushing the time.

I did contact the person listed as the driver but it was a woman who refused to give her name or company contact info. She kept insisting she fix the know she is a 3 rd party contractor. Can’t cancel you’re trapped. After 4 hours the driver showed up . Took him 5 minutes then I saw they charged me an d tea $20 for no reason. It was a flat tire I had a working spare . I was not in a remote location.

My pleas and emails have been met with a nonsense customer service form saying thank you for contacting them. Stay away from them terrible way to do business holding stranded women hostage for 4 hours then making unauthorized charges without your consent understanding or permission .

They can take your money 24/7 but no one to pick up a phone or respond or let you cancel. Bad people

I have tried to contact them but I get that it is an invalid address. Is there any way to go after them and get my money back?

I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thank you!!!

I found a desk I wanted to purchase on a website I've never visited, www.talkingdesk.com. On the homepage, the business claims to accept major credit cards. But at checkout, it only accepted payment through PayPal. Against my suspicion, I took a chance and paid. I didn't receive a confirmation email or shipping information. Total silence. When more than a week passed and nothing came, I sent an email to the customer service contact provided on www.talkingdesk.com. I received multiple "message not delivered" emails. Next, I contacted PayPal to get my money back. Only then, when PayPal began probing, did the seller respond. PayPal was prepared to consider the case resolved simply because the seller finally sent tracking information. I used it to discover the product had allegedly arrived days before I started trying to contact customer service. And according to the information, whatever the company sent weighed "2 lbs" (the desk I ordered weighs 57 lbs). When I pointed this out to PayPal, the response the company delivered was: "Cafe Lun Trading Co., Limited has agreed to issue a full refund ... once you return the item(s) associated with this transaction." I never received anything so what am I supposed to return? Talkingdesk.com/Cafe Lun doesn't have to prove it sent anything to be paid but demands proof for a return. PayPal's "resolution center" took two months to side with the seller - absolutely no help.

I was out shopping for a car online I ran across an ad for a Toyota Camry for $1,200 the whole time I was dealing with the person I was dealing with eBay the links I was told to go get $1200 worth of eBay gift cards which I was only able to purchase $1,000 of the cards. I was told that eBay had it for sure protection for buyers under money back guarantee after I gave them my gift card numbers I didn't hear anything back from them I've been waiting went down to corporate office still no response this happened June 21st 2022 this will be my third complaint I don't have no money to just give eBay everybody been so rude that I spoke with I went to eBay's link I talked to someone there but still they was asking for more money I don't understand what's going on all I know is I don't have $1,000 to give to no big company like eBay only person that'll be out of anything is me even the shammer will benefit so will eBay cuz their eBay gift cards and you cannot spend the cards nowhere else but with eBay so eBay has my thousand dollars and I would never have submitted $1,000 worth of eBay gift cards if it did not guarantee my protection as a buyer for some reason I'm not able to link my receipts and my gift card to this but I still have my receipts and I still have my gift cards and information I haven't had the sellers information which I'm not able to get to to put out there but I have it if it comes down to court I still have it everything

My wife and I were looking for Boston Terrier puppies, and ran across this website. We submitted a contact form asking about the puppy we were interested in, and the seller responded that the puppy was available. They indicated they were in Dallas, TX. There were several back and forth emails asking us about our experience with the breed, and questions that indicated they were ensuring the puppy would go to a good home. They sent us a written contract to sign and return, and after we returned it, they asked us to Zelle $400 for the deposit. Once we sent the deposit, we asked about scheduling the pickup, and they sent us back our own home address. When asked about that, they sent another address in Dallas, which looks suspicious. After hearing nothing back about confirming schedule of a pickup, we submitted a new form online asking about the same puppy, and they responded immediately saying that puppy was available, and that they were located in Austin. We have requested our deposit back from the original messages, but have gotten no further responses.

I found the website in hopes of purchasing a new Boston Terrier puppy. After we paid the deposit they stopped all communications. When I inquired about the same dog under a different name & e-mail they told me she was still available. Originally I was told they were in Dallas, TX when I used the different name I was told they were in Austin, TX.

I was ordering a lawn mower for a real low price. Order with credit card, after my order was accepted they emailed my

my Thank you for ordering but know tracking number, know way of contacting them.

Know way of contacting them. Just be careful when the price is that cheap.

I purchased some items from pi peak LLC through walmart.com as they are a third-party seller there. I never received the items, and was told through Walmart that they were no longer available and I would receive a refund. However, then pi Peak provided some fake FedEx tracking information to Walmart saying that I received the order. However, I did not. I reached out to pi peak LLC, through walmart.com‘s customer service page, and received an email back from someone named Jeff supposedly at Pi Peak saying that my item was lost in transit and I would receive a refund. However Walmart was never told this, and they refused to give me my money back even though Pi Peak admitted to me that I did not receive my items. I think they are counting on people not being willing to hold them accountable and go through the rigmarole to try and get their money back. This company appears to be a scam. Beware!

On 9/4/22 the same people running this site for Shetland puppies scammed me out of $700 for a puppy and $1500 for the transport of the alleged puppy. At that time the website they were using was Alastairshetlandhome.com. In continuing my search for a puppy I came across this website (scottshetlandhome.com) and it is the same people. All the pictures of the puppies are the same ones I looked at, they’re all still 10 weeks old…the puppies just have different names. Please shut these crooks down before they scam another person.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM MBGRAM. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
