This company is an affiliate company to Exam-Labs.com which is also a scam. They've created learning packages where they've basically stolen videos and study guides from Udemy.com and others sites as well as practice tests from Examtopics.com that have the wrong answers. Avanset is a VCE simulator for test exams that you are forced to get after purchasing your study materials from Exam-Labs. They never tell you this on their website, they tell you in an email after your purchase. Exam-Labs also has a fake pass rate and fake reviews on their web page. There isn't anywhere to leave a review after paying for services. Both companies are frauds that need to be stopped! You can read reviews about them on trust pilot and other review forums.

Posted an entertainment center for sale online. Had someone show interest and wanted to purchase it. Told them ok. They said their brother would pick up at 5 and payment would be sent via Zelle . I agreed. When they said they sent the payment we received a text saying we needed to have a business account. Knowing that was not true we requested cash at pickup time and informed them that there was a problem with the transaction and they could contact their bank to receive any money that they had already sent. They offered to send us money to upgrade to a business account which I declined and informed them that I would be reporting the issue to the bbb. They left the conversation immediately.

In Sept. 2022 I saw an ad online for a face cream by Levielle and decided to buy it for $6.95. It took me to the next page and they wanted me to buy eye cream as well. There was no place to decline, so I added that for another $6.95. Then it took me to a third page where it wanted me to buy mutilple bottles so I just went back and deleted all my information and thought that was the end of it. A couple of weeks later I got the face cream and eye cream and was surprised because I had never received an email order confirmation. When I saw the charges on my bank account the company was listed as CrucialHardwareHandleEveryRepair. On Nov. 1, I got a call from my bank's fraud department. The same company was trying to put through a charge of $119.85. Luckily they blocked the transaction after speaking with me. Then they tried it again. Again it was blocked and the card cancelled so I will need to change my debit card. When I was looking up information about this company today I found that the Corporation is actually Clatarian Media, Inc. DO NOT order anything from this company or website. You will regret it.

LovedSunshine website has apparel for sale that doesn’t deliver the goods. Once I contacted them they said they would send replacement item to give them a few days to do so. They replied with a lie saying replacement items do not have an order number. At end of it all they debuted my account for more than I had originally approved and never received the goods.

I was trying to purchase a costume for my pet before Halloween. This company advertised no matter what you get your cons time before Halloween. I placed the order October 15,2022 with plenty of time to spare if any shipping issues would arise. I’ve emailed 4 times total to inquire about my order and both replies stressed how I would still receive the order before Halloween. We are now in November and still no costume even my cc was charged immediately after placing the order. There is no phone number to contact the company only an email with a up to 3 wait period in order to hear back from anyone.

Listed puppies for sale on Facebook under the name Todd Hege in NC. Contacted via instant messenger and agreed upon price ($650) and time to view/pick up puppy. Individual stated he was at vet and asked for email to send vet records. Email received was a "vet bill" of $400 and asked for payment via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp etc. Returned to instant messenger and stated that funds would be delivered via cash exchange in exchange for puppy. Individual began to pressure for online transfer of funds. Upon developing suspicion, asked for the name of vet & vet phone number. Individual stated the vet did not have a phone. Again stated cash would be exchanged in person upon inspection & delivery of pup. Individual stated vet bill had to be paid immediately and pushed for electronic funds to be sent. When I stated that I would not be sending funds electronically the individual became irate, using expliciatives and immediately blocked me.

I ordered from these guys and didn’t receive anything. I direct messaged several times on Instagram and emailed the address they have on the website. No response for well over a week.

Instagram account set up as selling clothes. I sent her a direct message to order a hoodie she said it would be 85 dollars which I sent her through zelle. She never sent me anything and refuses to send me my money back and she is not responding to my messages anymore. Her page is still up, I don’t want her to scam anyone else. This website looks EXACTLY like a previous website that scammed me out my money in an online purchase. Previous website was www.bttrepodeals.com. They’ve since disappeared after scamming multiple ppl out of money in fake online auto purchases. This website looks EXACTLY the same. They’re braisen enough not to even change the website setup. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Americk Co. That comes out in tick tock or on Facebook or selling this brand new walking tennis shoes they come in all kinds of colors and they ran at $69 I ordered some but never received apparently myself and another individual had the same tracking number the other person received the order and not me I did pay with my credit card and have I received but did not get any shoes at all there's no phone number and just an email and I've emailed them seven times and I haven't received any respond back so be aware people.

On September 14th I placed an order for two magnetic dog food bowls and their stands from trotpets.com. I found this company through Instagram adds. I have only received one email from the company since, confirming my order with an order number. I have never received this product. Today, October 28th, 2022, I received an email from with a link to a document labeled 'Notice of Assignment for The Benefit of Creditors and Deadline for Submitting Claims". This letter is attached. It's very cryptic but appears that Trot Pets is no longer in business, the link to file a claim does not work and after searching more online, I found hundreds of others who have paid quite a bit for these dog food bowls and stands and have never received the product(s). I am unable to contact anyone at the company, no one will return my emails and I cannot locate anyone from the mentioned 'assignee' in the letter.

The worst part is that they are still taking orders on their website but I don't believe they ever intended to ship a product. It appears to be a very well thought out scam.

I purchased a plush set from a THOMAS FIXLER via PayPal on this site, thinking that it was like eBay and other bidding sites. I paid through PayPal thinking I was being safe. Apparently, I was very wrong. I have since read websites explaining how this site is a complete scam, and that it might compromise the credit card and other sensitive data of people who use it. BBB, please look into this and warn people so they don't fall for the same trap I did.

I was looking a at an outdoor clothing brand website called Stio. I googled discounted stio clothing. the website wwwstiodiscount.com came up and showed some fantastic discounts on what appeared to be older seasons items. I finally decided to purchase an item as a gift, the item was listed as $96.99. ($465.00 on the actual website) No tax was shown and the shipping was listed as free.

I made the purchase, which initially didn't go through, with a message stating that there was a problem with the transaction at my financial institution. I went back and tried again, this time a text verification code was required. I received the text code from my bank and completed the transaction. I was not redirected back to the website or to a confirmation page. I also did not receive a confirmation email.

After not receiving a confirmation email I became concerned of a scam and checked my bank account a charge to CONNECTT SINGAPORE SGP for $111.67. I filed a report with my bank and was refunded the overcharge of $14.68, but am still out $96.99.

I also contacted the actual Stio customer support and received notification that they are not associated with this discount website and are working to have the scam website taken down.

Submitted order; got a vague email back that did not include order details. Got a charge from China on my credit card with a price that did not match my order. No phone number to call. I used email on website and got a message that it was undeliverable.
