Predict ordered and never shipped. Emails every two weeks were auto-replied. Now no replies, phone calls are unanswered with no message capability. Worst of all, this is outside the diaper window with the credit card company. BBB, please help?

I paid $39 and ordered t-shirts in march from a website I saw advertised on Facebook, and I was sent tracking to my city saying it was delivered by USPS, but they have no records of it.

Ordered two dresses off the Keppal website claiming it’s from South Carolina. Product came from Jamaica, NY. The service department tried to haggle with me about returning amount and I would not agree and demanded that full amount be refunded. They insisted that I return items to Dubai out of my pocket in order for me to get a refund. On the website it claims 30 day returns are Free.

I received an email confirming my order. Later I sent an email asking the status of my order and received an email saying a ticket was created. Later I tried to go to the website and a message said the store was currently closed. Later I received an email, went to the website and it was entirely different from the original. I should have known better. I started to look closer to the comments in their facebook posts. Names were not real. All were foreign or misspelled. I contacted Facebook but they said the post did not violate their policies. No way to share to Facebook the information I found when I researched the so called "Wholesale Store."

This lady on Facebook was posting shoes that she was trying to sell. I had contacted her via Facebook and messaged her if they were available she said yes . I then proceeded to buy the shoes and was informed that it would be 2-3 business days before I got them. I never got them I texted her April 13 asking when I would get them she told me April 14 I waited and never got anything I then texted her 15,18,22 of April and emailed her and was being ignored. I finally got ahold of the lady Wednesday and she has informed me that she hasn’t shipped the shoes I bought the shoes April 4th at 9:00am. She has informed me that she never meant to tell me 2-3 business days and that she has no shipped the shoes. I have asked for a refund in which she can’t not do. I would really just like this to be taken care of I have filed with my bank already but nothing has happened

Placed order online for pet supplies and went to pay via PayPal, payment went to individual, receipts were never. I tried to login to account and it was as though I never visited the site. It is a scam buyer beware

Reached out about buying our vehicle. Insisted on a NAS report which they requested we purchase. We went to the website purchased the report and then they asked for another purchase, which we then refused to do. When looking at the website, there are some typos and the charge came in as an internaltional charge The email address we were given turned out to be invalid and we received a text message for a discount on purchasing a window sticker from 6468872850. Shortly after, the potential contacted us asking for us to purchase a window sticker.

Website for children's toys. I placed an order and received no confirmation. Contacted support and told I would hear back shortly. Called the number multiple times it rings once and then a busy signal. Used online chat with a representative Maria that kept asking the same questions over and over again. I haven't been charged on my CC yet, but I am very worried since I gave them my info when placing the order. The chat said that no order had been placed...I looked up reviews and this has happened to many others.

I believed I was receiving an item that was shipping from NJ as indicated on their website. I was surprised when I saw the high sales tax and then more surprised when I was receiving shipping updates from overseas when the item was supposed to ship from NJ. The final straw was when I received an item that was not even close to the one marketed. When I asked for a refund the company asked me to send them the QR code. The company’s argued that a QR code indicated I automatically received the correct item. (They never asked to see the item despite the capacity to request a picture of the QR code and my offer to send a picture). It is clear their product does not match their advertising as they do not respond to their emails on their webpage (only through PayPal as I am disputing the charges). In addition you have to apply for a refund and even if you return the item they can decline the refund (meaning you are out the item and the money). I am happy to ship this back to NJ for a full refund but my guess is that there really is no office in NJ. On PayPal the company is listed as ethhti, Co., LTD

That company is not listed on my invoice or the Full of Expect website

Try in home 14 days after receiving. Received something made out of flimsy material like cardboard. No arch support. Not suede. Shipped in plastic bag. Mashed beyond use. Tracking start in Italy. Then changed to USA. Took a month to receive.

The sent pic of a swing chair that was being sold Thru Walmart for 49.99 n stated in that ad that u get better discount if 2 chairs are purchased for price of 89.89, free shipping they sent so called shipping info but b4 I completed my order I took screenshot of product n shipping info and the weight of the packages to be shipped they sent continuous emails about how package was being tracked Wen I received this product it was folded in my mailbox with ther tracking info but the product was a same kids size swing chair made of cloth no where near wat the ads. Posted I hav sent numerous emails to [email protected] no response this is the only means of contact no numbers, no chats nothing, How could you think that a package ?? that was to wgt 638 odd is the same a this 2 lb item I received in the mailbox ?? it was Ther intention never to send the rite product in the first place with such guarantee of acute shipment but no way to contact them or shipper but by Email n Still get no Response or Anyone to actually contact or speak with about dispute issues n never get an appropriate response Everything in the ad looked appropriate but not the end product it is impossible to mix an order for a 638lb shipment for a 2 lb shipment , I did find more info about ther location but I couldn’t go bac n edit I Found Company name LandBaseTrading 146aWhitChurch Road, Cardiff Whales CF143NA Thank You

Was on Facebook April 11th and saw an ad for a Bose stereo system that was a clearance item. Thought I would order it since it was such a great deal. Well, I guess the deal was too good to be true. On April 24, I received a homemade CD-R disc with a return address of: James, 5037 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058. That's when I realized it was a scam. Keeping a lookout for other changes against my credit card. So far, there haven't been any.

I ordered as listed “Coleman and Boss Life Delivery Propane Fuel Tank - 24 Cans 2 - 12 Packs” I paid $111.81. I was only shipped 12 cans and after the fact they told me they could not refund half my money, nor could they send me another 12 pack of cans. I emailed them for over a month.
