Made a hotel reservation which had to be cancelled. I called 1-843-981-0445 a person by the name of Jason answered. Told me I would receive a voucher, I said I want my credit card refunded. He then proceeded to say it has to be approved. By the support team……this was done on May 28, 2026.

When I did research on this I found it’s a scam.

I stated I would report this fraudulent company.
